conveinant on the payage near to bilbao for the ferry crossing to uk it is old dirty very noisy no lifts and very expensive |

I use this Hotel when travelling to and from the P&O Ferry Terminal at Bilbao and for this it is extremely convenient. It would be more convenient if the restaurant opened a little earlier in the evening - at present it doesn't open until 20.00 (sometimes even 20.30). |

This is a very useful stopover hotel, especially with it being on both sides of the motorway (we ended up on the wrong side somehow!).The staff were pleasant although very little English was spoken - but we managed. Our room was very simply furnished but clean, warm and comfortable and our 2 dogs were allowed (extra 12 euros). Within sight of the motorway but very quiet. |
