An excellent hotel, superb location right in the centre of a wonderful city. Can't fault it. Very good value for money. Attentive English speaking staff, large comfortable room. Only had 24 hours in Valencia. Wish had longer. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. Congrats to all involved. 10 out of 10! |

The hotel has a great location. We didn't need the metro to go around the city. All the tourist spots are at a close proximity to the hotel. The waiter in the hotel restaurant couldn't speak english and it was really difficult to communicate. |

The room was big (standard triple room) and was excellent for our family of four. Our two kids loved the big bathtub and the balcony. The breakfast room was light and beautiful with a nice view of the town. Since the hotel was so centrally located we did not need a car at all. The little plaza in front of the hotel was an oasis in the bustling town of Valencia. Some of the staff (room service) did not speak english. |

Good price, very nice location, and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel. Nice breakfast. Both hotels where I stayed this time shared several similar traits. both had nice common areas, but neither of the actual rooms were all that great. The beds were ok, but nothing special. High speed internet was an additional cost. In the states, many of our chain hotels - Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, etc. |

Allocation of a room on the "inside". No external windows therefore. Would ask for a room change next time. |

It was very convenient for the city centre, the staff were very helpful and we got a good deal for two nights. There was noise in the night - we think it was from the lift - and the meals were expensive and not good value for money. |

Excellent position with easy access to the Old Town and to transport to the beach. The bar was expensive and the service there was not compatible with the rest of the hotel. |

Very comfortable and perfectly situated for the centre of Valencia. Staff were very friendly and spoke enough English to get by - we speak no Spanish or Catalan/Valencian. If we go back this hotel will be our first choice. No! But Pick-pocketing is a problem in Valencia - and the pick-pockets can be mature respectable looking couples as we found out. Never let your guard down! |

Very central position. A very good bed. Fairly good isolated. Breakfast room at the top floor with a nice view over the city. Towels were not changed when requested. Carpet was not hoovered when it was obviously dirty. Price for breakfast too high. Knowledge of English of desk personnel was very restricted. |

Nice hotel with very friendly people in the middle of Valencia. Hotel was perfect. In Valencia, be carefull for bag-snatchers ! Especially Plaza de la Reina; they stole my bag although I have been very carefull. They are just so quick! Police and people in hotel were very helpfull though. |
