Das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum, das Frühstück reichhaltig, die Zimmerausstattung einfach, aber für den Preis mehr als angemessen. Das Hotel wird auch viel von Jugendgruppen genutzt, wodurch es manchmal etwas lauter ist, was aber nur sehr ruhrliebende Leute stören dürfte. |

Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt ist optimal. Gemessen am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann sich das Hotel wirklich sehen lassen. Der Verkehrslärm ist schon besonders störend. |

Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt ist äußerst zentral. Dadurch kurze Wege in der Innenstadt. Teilweise nachts sehr laut durch jugendliche Gäste. |

Metro Sevilla nur 500 m entfernt, liegt im Zentrum, man kommt überall schnell hin, Frühstückssaal sehr hübsch, schnelle Bedienung am Morgen obwohl Frühstück inklusiv wurde 2xFrühstück + 1,- E für Kinder in Mexiko berechnet, legte Widerspruch ein, die Rechnung konnte nicht korrigiert werden, die Rückerstattung erfolgte teilweise und widerwillig in bar, Gruppenhotel, lärm bis 23.30 Uhr durch junge Leute, knallen die Türen laut zu, |

Zentrale Lage Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr laut. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Zwischen 2 und 3 Uhr Nachts wurde auf der Strasse lauthals gesungen und auf Mülltonnen herumgetrommelt. Ob die Fenster offen oder geschlossen waren spielte keine Rolle, so undicht waren sie. Der Aufzug funktionierte nur beim herauffahren zu unserem Stockwerk. Beim herunterfahren musste man ein Stockwerk höher oder tiefer gehen. |

The staff were quick to respond when we had to ask for a change of rooms due to excessive noise during the night. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and enhancement of facilities. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation and during the period we were there, with high outside air temperatures, the rooms were hot and humid. Generally, the hotel looks "tired". |

The hotel is very near the old city. There is also a metro station near the hotel. Our room was not so clean. But most important is this: the staff was very rude.This is the main reason for me not to stay in the hotel next time. |

I liked the respectful and friendly atmosphere and the quality of service. Also the location of the Asturias makes it very convinient to explore Madrid from within. |

We found the Asturias to be the perfect location for exploring the Puerta del Sol section of Madrid. We were only a block away from the Puerta itself, and a block away from the nearest Metro station. The convenience of this location made it ideal for walking to the Plaza Mayor, the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, and to the Palacio Real. The hotel is quite adequate, especially for its price. The hotel is rather old, so it could use some updating with regards to its elevator, stairs, furniture, etc., but even so, it has a lot of charm. It's positive aspects far outweighed any negatives. We had read several negative reviews about the Asturias, but found them to be rather nitpicky! |

The hotel is located in an excellent area, couldn't be better. The breakfast was very good, and the room was regurarly cleaned every day. I've read bad comments by other visitors, but I don't agree at all. There was a bad smell in the corridors, that should really be taken care of. The only lift there was, was slow. |

Location is superb, couldn't get better in Madrid. In one room the beds were uncomfortable, another room was very small for a triple and there was a lingering odour. Only having one lift sometimes caused a long wait or meant walking up a lot of stairs with bags. |
