I did like receptioners - very kind persons are working there, also nobody wwere disturbing us during out stay at hotel, and also location is wonderfull! Althought it was +27C outside, swimming pool was closed, and my little brother was very disapointed about that. And as we had a room in "smoking-area", we did not smoke at room, becouse there was no doors seperating bedroom. |

We were very pleased with the hotel. Accommodation was good, the breakfasts were tasty, the staff were pleasant and the standard of cleanliness was very high. No kettle!!! |

Comfortable, goodvenient, excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. We'd planned to go out exploring the town more in the evenings but got sidetracked by the excellent value food and comfort in the restaurant |

The reception personnel were very efficient and friendly as was the lady in charge of the breakfast room. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was supplied with wifi. It seemed a very efficiently run group. |

Nice room, with hob, fridge, cutlery and cooking utensils. no Kettle however. Bathroom was fine and supplied with shower gel, soap and shampoo. When booking a room, I expected a Double bed but was given two singles. I asked hotel staff for a change of room but was told that all the doubles were already booked. This was strange considering the hotel was almost empty giving the time of year and that when I checked in, was told the hotel was very quiet. |

Clean and spacious, but a bit institutional - like an upmarket care home. Parking on street was easy in November, bit otherwise garage parking charge is very expensive. |

The location is very good he majority of the staff are not very professional. |the were not welcoming in any sense and they did not inform me of the where abouts of the facilities.Or infact any of the services offered by the hotel. I speak perfect Spanish so the language was not the issue |

Smart, clean apartment of a good size and comfortable double bed. Would be useful to have a kettle in the apartment (we had brought our own travel kettle so it was not a problem for us). No room safe in apartment. |

Fuss free, clean and plenty of space by the pool. Good location. Excelent breakfast, including gluten free food which suited my wife. Very helpfull and freindly staff. We love the table tennis, can you get another new table please! How about a pool table too? A sauna & steam room would be great! Third visit to this hotel, will be going again next year, we love it. Could do with some more local events information. Never can find a taxi when we arrive at the train station and have to walk 15mins with cases. Having a number to call in advance or the hotel to arrange would be helpfull. I suffer with alergies to biological washing powder, so was very itchy in the bedsheets provided, no real solution to this. |

The staff were very friendly and reception staff had a good knowledge of english and were very helpful with any queries we had We were led to believe that a quadruple apartment would sleep up to six people when infact it was a one room apartment with a sofa bed and a camp bed for 4 people leaving things a little over cramped we questioned this apartment with the staff to be told all rooms were the same yet we had payed a higher supplement than the double room with extra bed so not too sure if this was correct |

The location was perfect for beach access, local bars/restaurants and shopping in the town a short walk away. My 14 year old Son made use of the free Wifi in the rooms and around the hotel grounds. Lovely sized suites and very well furnished. Loved having a balcony to dine on. A microwave may have been useful in the kitchen area, plus larger cups! But these are only very minor issues, there was not much to dislike about the hotel. |
