Room was large enough for 3 - we had an extra bed put in and there was still plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was massive but the sink could be bigger. The shower guard was innefective so after each shower there was a puddle on the bathroom floor. Very centrally located, our room faced the back of the building so it was fairly quiet during the night, as I understand it's in a busy (and noisy) part of Madrid, especially at night with the revellers having their fun. |

simple, relaxed hotel. Very central. our double room have two single bed moved side by side- this does not constitute a double room as they were two completely seperate beds. Definately not a romance holiday!! |

Excellent location, comfortable size room, friendly staff, excellent value for money. If your room is in the front of the hotel it could be noisy at night. |

Nice big clean room. Its very central so great for seeing everything, however we hadn't realised the street it is located on is the red light district. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to families. |

We liked the situation of the hotel in the centre of Madrid, just between the Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol, with also the metro stations in these two areas. It was very warm in the room and the airconditioning was not working. The street is very busy and noisy, also in the night. |

Nice to have a safe and quiet place to sleep and leave my things for a few days after staying in hostels. Very close to metro and sights as well. |

It is centrally located and very easy to get to even if you had never been to Madrid The smell coming from a restaurant underneath was a bit too much |

The location. It was just up the street from Plaza del Sol, and a few short blocks from my child, whom I was visiting. The rooms and baths (I stayed 2 different times) were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was fine. The top of this street, however, is notorious for hookers, day and night. I had no trouble and saw no evidence of activity in the hotel. Still, I would not suggest this location for young families. |

Good location. There is a road work right in front of the hotel. The sewage system is being repaired and this causes a horrible smell outside and inside the hotel. We just learned breakfast was included in the room rate in the last day (in a 4 days stay). |
