Reliable shuttle service to and from the airport and proximity to the airport. Food and drink were very expensive. |

Spacious room, breakfast buffet, walking around in the hotel is like visiting a museum (some beautiful antique objects). The quality of the food served in the lobby bar was very poor for a 4-star hotel (the salad and the sandwiches looked and tasted like the left-overs from the day before...something you would expect to be served in a sleazy bar) |

wide&comfortable bed at breakfast, most kind of foods are not fresh. ex)smell fishy of salmon for four night 5 days.(It was very disgust) and dry,crunch bread's sandwich. Also there is no electric kettle in the room. long distance from downtown. The shuttle bus is good for nothing. just one time in the morning at 9:30 |

closeness to the airport,spacious rooms and bathrooms, extra bed for a kid with no extra charge, lack of the variety of restaurants, shuttle bus operating from 5 am, we had a flight at 6 and had to pay for a taxi, long walk to get to your room, we hchecked in at 7 pm and had to wait for an extra bed for our son till 11pm,when we called to ask for it again |

Clean, nice rooms...got a good room rate through Booking.com Food and drink very expensive, not much choice and the main resteraunt far too formal for a business traveller eating on his own- I couldn't get out of there quick enough. |

A large room and good value for money. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere with a piano player during the evening. The parking is very expensive - €21 |

Good place in Madrid/Barahas if you have a flight next morning. Less than 10 minutes to airport. Dining options are limited and expensive. |

the night B4 our reservation we asked about leaving a suitcase there and there was no problem, it was locked up and safe. Really aided in cutting down space for our sojourn into Madrid Really too big but for an overnite great. Breakfast was overpriced |

The breakfast is really good. The only thing I didn´t like was that the suttle to downtown Madrid wasn´t available for the month of August, and the hotel is about 15 mins by bus and there´s no metro line there. |

The event that took place there. While we were away for 2 hours (between 5 and 7pm) to attend an event that was taking place there, we had to call the police as we were robbed in our room: credit cards, identity cards, money, camera, mobile, books, sunglasses,etc. The staff (with 1 exception - the security guy) didnt help at all. They didnt even ask if we needed something, like... Let´s say: water? A sandwich? |

Huge rooms, great service to and from Airport, very clean, very nice, very well serviced hotel It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. Everything must either be purchased at the hotel at very, very high prices or must travel a great distance to Madrid proper to get. |
