The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.. The A/C worked very good. Hotel was very clean and prices were reasonable! It wasnt too much of a problem, but it would have been helpful to know that the parking garage was in the alley and how to use it before we got there. |

Convenience to the centre of the city The bedrooms were 1970s bed and breakfast style. We had booked a double room and got a twin room with very poor twin beds very uncomfortable and not at all suited to adults. There were absolutely no facilities in the bedroom except a table and a mirror. Clean but very old. and grubby |

The hotel has a very rich breakfast menu. It also contains something that Turkish people eat. The hotel has an autopark in itself. The hotels must be more cleaner. Rooms were also not comfortable. |

The best thing was that the hotel is really close to the centre of the city, also the metro station is right next to it. Staff is fluent in english. |

The front desk staff was personable and very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is centrally located and near the metro. The breakfast was below average- the place settings weren't clean. |

Locality, price. Staff on reception very pleasant and helpful - especially the guy who is half American! Incredibly noisy from street outside at night (if front room). Wall between rooms very thin. Could hear noisy guest in next room all night!!! |

Good location, fair price, good breakfast, friendly staff. Terrible walls' isolation. A lot of noise all the time. In our room we could hear every sound in all the building: steps in the stairs, elevator, neighbours, cleaning ladies, talks in corridors and neighbour rooms. If you don't like noise - better choose other hotel. |

Location is very good, Paral-lel metro station was just 2 minutes walk away, also quite close to the port and La Ramblas. The staff was very nice and helpful, their English was very good. The room was clean and basic. Good value for money. Our room was quite noisy because of the traffic outside. |

The staff and the car parking is in the hotel. However, they charge you extra if you want to park there. This is a sorry excuse for hotel. The whole hotel smells like cheap parfume. The room was very small and situated on the hallway, the elevator was making annoying and really loud sounds. We were afraid that television was gonna fall on us. There was no daylight in our room, however we had a small window. Really bad. The internet was 3,5 euros for 15 minutes. |

The location of hotel is close to city hence excellent position Terrible experience . Old rooms , no safe to keep valuables , heater in the room doesnt work and its generally cold . There is a room hot water heater whose controls are preset by the hotel authorities but this doesnt heat up enough and one has to struggle . Also the bath room is very cold . |

Central location Decor very shabby, double room tiny - we had to ask to be moved to a twin. bathroooms all back and mouldy, paint hanging off walls, double bed lumpy and small. overall horrible hotel would never go back and price on our room card was 89.95 a night so you charged us more than double this!! |
