Central location and we got a large room with a large bathroom at the end of a corridor The car park. It is an underground carpark and the entrance and exit to it was very tight (especially when driving a large left hand drive car when you're used to driving a right hand drive one!). The receptionist had however told us that the carpark would be hard to manoeuvre in but as the town was busy and street parking was at a premium we were glad of the hotel car park. |

Creo que no se corresponde con un 4 estrellas. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no cubre sus colchones con sabana de plástico y tiene habitaciones mas espaciosas y mejor conservadas.Tres estrellas son mas que suficiente. |

La atención del personal es muy buena y es lo suficientemente agradable. Sí el water interior no estaba limpio y el parking del hotel dificilísimo, las entradas y salidas con un coche de más de 4 metros son de alto riesgo para el vehículo. |

No sabría explicar nada en especial sobre lo que me ha gustado. Es altamente impersonal. El estado de la habitación, lamentable. Muy pequeña, casi agobiante. El estado del cuarto de baño, igualmente lamentable, presentado un aspecto de suciedad notable. Lo hice saber al marcharme, y la directora, muy amablemente, me ha escrito pidiendo disculpas. |

Está muy centrico si quieres visitar Aviles sin necesidad de mover el coche Hay muy pocos aparcamientos libres en los alrededores y el parking del hotel es algo caro. |
