The staff were helpful even though there was not sufficient on duty to deal with the workload. Room was not cleaned properly,hair on the sheets,dirtty towels and floor was badly marked and scratched.Fridge with drinks etc was also not working. |

It has very good central location. I have stayed in this hotel in September, and it got much worst since that. I have book double room for single use, but however was given a single room with a window to a corridor. Had to have a long discussion with the manager before it got changed. The bed lining was not very clean and had stains and hair. The floor was dirty when I moved it and remained that way for 2 days. |

The cleaners were extremely quick: a couple of times I left my room with the sign "please clean the room", only to come back 15-30 minutes later to get something from my room. Both times, they had already been there and were done doing their job! With excellent result. I got a room on the ground floor next to the bar and close to the entrance. The wall and door to the corridor must've been quite thin, because I could hear what was going on in the lobby quite clearly. |

Excellent, modern and clean hotel right on the oldest street in the oldest part of Barcelona. Far enough from tourist-trap la Rambla to not be an issue. Rooms are really quite big and airconditioned, bathrooms excellent, small pool on the roof - great hotel all round. The beds are really quite hard, and our room fridge didnt work - but they probably would have fixed this if we asked. |

Safe and in the middle of town. Art museums and designcenters in a walkingdistance. The terasse and spa was excellent for relaxation in the late afternoon. In the evening we found a gourmet restaurant near by the hotel, it is recommended in the Michelin-guide 2009, Piitarra D´Avinyo 5 56. |

Roof top pool and jacuzzi. Las Rambla just around the corner, good restaurants neaby. Friendly helpful staff in the hotel. No bedsites lights |

The location is excellent! the hotel is designed nicely the hotel staff were very nice and helpfull. the room was nice, allthough the bad was not so comfortable. it was moving all the time and the mattress was too hard. as I wrote, the bad was not so cofortable. and there were 2 bads instead of one big bad as couples usually use. |

downtown barca with all the exposure of the big bright city... there are centre rooms with a view of the inner staircase. and no fresh air:( |

The staff was very nice, the room was basic but clean, I would recommend it for a city break I didnt like the storage for your clothes there was no drawers for your peronal things. Rooms are very stuffy not enough air coming in from the windows as it was all very enclosed. |
