The hotel was pretty good, clean with a helpfull friendly staff. Modern facilities and trendy look. The room had a pretty small window wich could be opened just a little bit. I couldn't imagine that room as a smoking room, even though it had an ashtrey. |

Nice firm beds. Attractive modern decor. Convenient location near metro and bus stops. Helpful front desk staff. Only two computers were available for guest use, and one of them was not working. Upon a second request, desk personel did help us print boarding passes from the hotel's computer. |

Good location, excellent staff. No coffee/tea making facilities, bar closes at 11pm, toiletries replaced only when every single tiny bottle is empty and soap bar disintegrates! |

It was my 4th stay at the Ayre Hotel Gran Vía. It is a nice business class hotel. The location is also perfect. I have nothing to complain about my stay at this hotel. |

The hotel was very handy for the Metro and the room was big which was lovely. The bed was also a fine size. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool. |

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Rooms very clean and well finished, modern showers etc. Hotel gives compilimentary water on first night, which is a nice touch. Location is very good, right beside Placa Espana, close to metro station, only a couple of stops to centre of town and lots of the sights. Nothing at all. One small issue, would be nice to have tea/coffee making facility in the room but this is not usually the case with any hotels in Spain. Overall, no complaints at all. |
