Good atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent choice of food,pleaseant surroundings kept very clean. The pools were very cold, some solar heating would help. The speaker volume at times around the pools was excessive. |

good choice of food and good faclities. the other peaple in our party 's room was very smelly possible sewarge problem.They were moved to another room which was not cleaned the next day.The smell came through to our room the next day also we had an infestation of cockroach over night,coming in from outside under the door.We have used your hotel four times and this time the rooms we had needed some updateing . |

localization and resources, the set of several pools and the jandia playa nearby. the hotel should invest on maintance, the first room in building 9, the pool, some social areas all had construction deficiences. |

El personal realmente atento, lasinstalaciones son buenas y la comida para ser un buffet no esta mal. Las habitaciones que pegan al muelle de carga. Pedimos el cambio y asi lo hicieron enseguida. Son realmente ruidosas. |

esta cerca de la zona comercial esta lejos de la playa para considerarlo primera linea.la piscina esta helada y la zona de spa muy pequeña para el tamaño del hotel, con lo cual siempre esta llena. la comida muy repetitiva y poco variada. |

El entorno y las piscinas eran excelentes. La limpieza del hotel muy insuficiente y tarde, a veces incluso a las 4 de la tarde. La comida de batalla, sin sabor y bastante repetitiva. Mal. |

el todo incluido el suelo de la piscina resbalaba mucho , el jacuzzi del Spa muy pequeño , y la Sauna tenia la temperatura demasiado alta . |

El personal muy agradable en general desde recepcion hasta personal de limpieza La distancia que hay hasta la playa no se especifica y por las fotos parece que esta en primera linea. Si estas alojado en la parte de arriba del hotel tardas 25 minutos en llegar a la playa |
