Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. This is not the fault of the hotel but some of the other British guests were boorish, inconsiderate and noisy - poor ambassadors for England. |

The atmosphere was one which you could relax and chill out. A little out of the way from the beach, main town, just off the main road. |

Breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Hotel reception staff not very helpfull and did not know how the wi-fi system worked for my lap-top-computer and I had to pay 1 euro per 10 min. ? most hotel it is free. Very few parking spaces and cost 5 euros per day ? One day our room was not cleaned ? |

El desayuno y el trato del personal del restaurante Varias cosas: aparece como un cuatro estrellas, cuando no llega a ser ni un tres. Desde el primer momento en que llegas te llevas una mala impresión, porque además de que está bastante alejado de la playa, no posee aparcamiento propio y la zona exterior de parking es prácticamente toda pagando. |

tutto il personale molto cortese e prodigo di consigli. Hotel abbastanza posizionato nel contesto di Playa del Ingles. Vi ho soggiornato molte volte e devo dire che la qualita' della cucina è molto peggiorata, specialmente nella qualita' del pesce e della carne. |

Que tiene parking privado y posibilidad del todo incluido.Es un hotel típico para el turismo, grupos de amigos y personas poco exigentes. La cisterna del baño era un hilito de agua sin presión, tercermundista en un hotel de 4 estrellas (no las merece).Es un hotel que necesita una reforma. |

Relación calidad precio muy buena. Buffet muy bueno en relación al precio. Muy buena organización en todo. Solo destacar que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas porque le quedan muchas cosas que renovar, no obstante la calidad precio es muy buena. |

Le personnel super. Les animations au top. Le buffet pas mal, beaucoup de choix. Il etait aussi bien situé pour les choses quon voulait voir. Malheureusement pour un 4 etoiles le confort de la chambre est limite. Aussi il y avait 4 chaines allemandes 4 chaines italiennes et qu'1 chaine francaise et c'etait tv5. |

La amabilidad en la recepcion. Nos atendió Gustavo y fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Todas las actividades y comidas, estan pensadas para gente extranjera. Los horarios de las comidas muy seguidos y muy temprano. |
