Fantastic and friendly staff! Hotel is very modern, nice and quiet. Wireless internet works like a charm. They also have a computer for the guests. Modern shower and bathroom. Breakfast is great, with many items available for cook-to-order. 10 minute walk to the "old town", good parking. This hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again. Oviedo is a gorgeous city, by the way. |

Está en un sitio estupendo. Los cuartos de baño son absolutamente impropios de un hotel de 5 estrellas, mucho diseño carente de comodidad. Había albornoces pero no zapatillas. El armario (sin puertas) era raquítico. Había solicitado una habitación con cama matrimonial y me dijeron que sólo era posible asegurármela si pagaba 30 € más por noche!!!! Y me hicieron pagar a la entrada, algo que jamás me había pasado en ningún hotel antes. Me ha parecido un bluf. |

esta cerca de la zona antigua de la ciudad, limpio en general, buena atencion por parte de sus empleados las habitaciones poco insonorizadas, se oian ruidos de la habitacion colindante. |

su diseño modernista e imaginativo. SI.Que me presten un paraguas (2 horas) de Barceló.com y que me digan que cargarán en mi cuenta 30 euros hasta que devuelva el paraguas chino, como publicidad barceló y de mala calidad. Inaudito para un hotel de esta categoría. |

Está céntrico y tiene un diseño muy moderno. Las instalaciones están nuevas y muy limpias El personal de recepción no domina su trabajo. Lío con las reservas al llegar y mala información al partir. Habíamos dicho de comer en el hotel, sin que nos dijeran nada, y al llegar a comer nos informan de que el comedor ciera los domingos |

Las instalaciones son excelentes, con un acabado bonito y de calidad. Excelente insonorización de las habitaciones. Desayunos con cocina en vivo geniales. Por resaltar algo, diría que es un buen hotel de 4 estrellas, pero que se le hayan puesto 5, me parece demasiado, falta personal para atender a los clientes, como correspondería a esta categoría. (Aun estoy buscando al botones) |

Llama la atención el diseño modernista. Muy buena cama de matrimonio ( ancho de 2 mts). Por el estilo de diseño, anunque llamativo, poco acogedor. |
