The hotel is convienent for the city. the lounge is very free and easy people from the sports facilities can come and go in a friendly atmosphere. people spoke good english and were very friendly My room was alittle dissapointing, I wanted no smoking but the room smelt of smoke and the air conditioning did not work. There was a screw int the floor that my son cut his foot on. It was very clean though, just a bit tatty |

Good size room with comfortable easy chairs and twin wash basins. Attractive design of hotel. Good for free car parking. 'Corporate' hotel. Noisy into early hours-all rooms on all floors opened on to a circular atrium. Isolated location (no shops, restaurants nearby) Taxi or bus needed to get anywhere (taxi to centre 6 to 10 euros; bus 1.10 euro. Bus OK but no info at hotel on route and stops). Shower screen over bath had no rubber seal resulting in a huge flood - reported twice but not dealt with. |

Everything is perfect! The only thing you must know is that the hotel is oriented to family with children, once is located close to a thematic park. So, if you don't like children, avoid it. |

Habitación muy limpia y amplia, cama muy cómoda, comida de calidad, emplead@s agradables, ausencia de ruido. Pocas hamacas en el césped de la piscina, mi pareja y yo tuvimos que tumbarnos sobre la toalla en el césped porque estaban todas ocupadas habiendo poca gente. |

Las habitaciones son muy confortables y espaciosas, las camas muy cómodas. Tiene una buena piscina lo cual se agradece en verano, es ideal si vas a Isla Magica o al Estadio Olimpico ya que está justo al lado y tampoco está excesivamente retirado del centro, andando 10- 15 min, en taxi 5 € aprox. Estuvimos esperando más de 50 min para registrarnos en la recepción, la cola llegaba a la puerta, también el día de la salida. El hotel es tan grande que hay muchos espacios vacios y diafanos lo que te da sensación de abandono, a pesar de ser viejo está en buen estado. Tuvimos que bajar 3 veces durante nuestra estancia q fue de 1 dia porque la cerradura de la puerta estaba averiada y no podiamos entrar a la hab. |

el diseno esta muy agradable y la insonorisacion es perfecta... ninguna molestia con el ruido...el unico es la falta de balcon en los habitaciones... el fonccionamente del aparcamiento de noche podria ser mas claro. |

tiene el privilegio de urbicacion donde puede aparcar pero solo poco distancia de los atraciones, restaurantes y discotecas jacuzzi fuera de funcion y infomacion sobre sus restaurantes no en ingles(dentra de ascensor y recepcion) |

Uitstekende accomodatie, ruime comfortabele kamer. Alle voorzieningen. Voor families met kinderen: hotel ligt rechtover pretpark Isla Magica. Makkelijk bereikbaar van de luchthaven. Ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar het is wel druk. Zwembad is pas om 11 u open en sluit om 21u. Als je Sevilla wil bezoeken moet je wel weten dat dit hotel een stuk buiten de stad ligt en je dus vervoer nodig hebt. |

proximidade com o parque isla magica.Atendimento bastante eficiente,quartos espaçosos ,muito bom para familias A falta de espreguissadeiras na piscina, só havia pouco mais de uma duzia ,quando o n. de quartos ascende a algumas centenas.Pareceu-me estranho num hotel de 5 estrelas...Tambem em relaçao á piscina o horario de encerramento deveria ser estudado.Com 40graus e o sol ainda alto fiquei surpreendida que ás 19.30,nos pedissem para sair! |

La situación. Zona tranquila Anuncian sausa y jacuzzi, pero la no funcionan. El jacuzzi está fuera de uso. El horario de la piscina reducido, cierra a las 20:00h. cuando en esta época del año hace mucho calor y gusta estar en la piscina. |

que por 70 euros he dormido en un hotel de 5 estrellas por estar algo alejado del centro mientras que cualquier cuchitril me pedia lo mismo o mas por estar mejor situado. que no pude disfrutar de su piscina porque no la habrian hasta el dia 29 de mayo, dia que yo me iba. |
