It is above the Barcelona Sants Estacion, from where you can get a metro, train or bus all over and around Barcelona. The room price is very good. Everything in the room looked a little old and not cared for. The shower was not working properly. |

I really like the good breakfast and restaurant atttention, very fresh products and the waitiers attention was excelent Saturday 21 of march in the evening desk personel (old man) very rude, he prefere to get a discussion with me against solve me a trouble, created by them , they dont follow my sugestion (one week before) to keep to me a double bed, even when I was there and request this. |

matras need to be replaced. slept very bad and also the bathroom needs a fresh up. loaction and loby ver very nice and the staff very friendly. |

Hi, After making my reservation I realized that my partner would not have my card with her to make a payment. I wrote and then phoned the hotel asking that they charge my card before her arrival. First I was told they by a woman that I couldn’t do it on the phone then I was told OK give her the number and expiry date which I did. |

Convenience for all public transport. The metro particularly useful The bedroom was too hot. We could not adjust the heating system. |

Good location. Easy to find. Very good buffet breakfast. Staff spoke good English and generally very helpful. Sometimes a little cold in the bar/restaurant area |

Breakfast was excellent. Large bed was also excellent. Very convenient for ameneties in the city. Room too hot and no way of cooling as windows do not open. Safe did not work and could not be fixed. |

easy acces to subway, good hotel staff, late check out for 15 euros was a good ideea. room was quite small and looked old (late 90's hotel), more like a 3 star hotel not 4 stars, wireless intenet advertised as free of charge on the hotel presentation was 6 euros/ hour. hotel was situated on top of the train station and you had to go around the station to get to the hotel or climb many stairs to access main floor. |
