Optimale Lage des Hotels (Palau des les Arts, Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften, gute Verbindung zur Altstadt und ans Meer); grosszügige moderne helle Doppelzimmer (auch für Einzelbenützung), sauber; reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Mittelmässige Küche und schlechter Service im Restaurant (Barkeeper ausgenommen); mangelhafte Fremdsprachenkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter an der Hotelrezeption; beim Einchecken im Hotel von einem Rezeptionsmitarbeiter eine Stunde 'sitzengelassen' und 'vergessen' worden, d.h. er quittierte seinen Dienst ohne uns zu melden, dass die Zimmer nun bereit sind (trotz dreimaliger Nachfrage unsererseits). |

schöne, moderne Zimmer, günstige Lage, super Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Service, top Design, beim Zahlen funktionierten beide Karten bei den Hotelkreditkartenlesern nicht, obwohl wir dann direkt beim nächsten Bankomat in Valencia (zur Überprüfung) ohne Probleme Geld beheben konnten (sollte nicht sein),Klimaanlage im Restaurant war etwas zu kalt eingestellt, etwas mühsamer Lift (eher lange Wartezeit bis er kommt) - ansonsten alles TOP |

Trotz des Feiertages und einer vollen Stadt hat man einen guten Sevic an den Tag gelegt Die Betten waren gut, aber von den Matratzen her nicht sehr gut |

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mit Busen ist man schnell am Strand, oder im Zentrum. Die Nähe zu der 'Stadt der Wissenschaften' ist sehr attraktiv. Das Angebot inkl. Tickets für das Aquarium usw. war ausgewogen .. |

Excellent for visit City of Arts and Sciences, maybe to far for cyty centre Check in : within 14,00 - 18,00. I arrived at 14,30 and the room was not ready due to many others on Check out. They have to revise elevator reservation (up-down / down-up) |

The location, design and amenities of the the hotel was great. Breakfast lounge was spacious and breakfast variety was good. Realised that one has to pay extra 12 euros for rooms with windows facing the City of Arts & Sciences. The on site parking costs 17 euros per day and not 14.98 euros as published on booking.com. Also, our comforter did not have sheets on the 1st night. |

The rooms were clean an adequate size and they were comfotrable. This hotel in convenient to shopping and the beach and bus stops are right outside the door. Internet charges were high . |

Lot's of space, nice decor. The taps in the bathroom were pointlessly complicated. The universal TV remote kept needing to be reset so that it would work with the TV in the room. |

so convenient for science park. Modern clean fresh room with great view. Friendly reception staff. Bus stop directly outside hotel to go into town. Price of breakfast prohibitive and same for spa treatments. |

Very friendly staff, speaking English very well. Clean and good looking rooms. Nice view and location in the city. The Spa was very poor, it did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. |

we took a room where the SPA was included, but the city was so beautiful that we did not have a time for the SPA!!! Breakfast was excelent! The metro station a little bit far from the hotel |

we had a great deal for the four nights we stayed. hotel is easy to get to and in a great spot. the room was not as well serviced as expected. broken towel holder which was pushed back on everytime it came off - everyday! room was a non smoking room but smelt of cigerette smoke. internet service was a joke - 1 euro for ten minutes! it wasnt even a high speed connection! added there were only two terminals. Tiny TV |

Cama de 2 x 2 Habitacion pequeña, baño integrado en la habitacion, solo dos ascensores pequeños siempre ocupados tuvimos que bajar andando al desayuno o esperar de 10 a 15 minutos. el spa es de juguete solo caben 6 personas (no merece la pena pagar por este spa) |

Está situado enfrente de la Ciudad de las Artes y las letras por o que resulta muy cómodo si el objetivo del viaje es asistir a algún espectáculo en esa zona. Aunque aparentemente es de diseño los materiales son bastante malos. Las camas no tienen un buen colchon, ni canapé, la ducha funciona mal. Hay solo dos ascensores para los huespedes y no demasiado grandes. En hora de desayuno y checking puedes estar hasta 15 minutos hasta poder coger un ascensor. No hay buen aislamiento entre habitaciones ni con el exterior. Hubo una verbena a unos 1000 m del hotel el día de mi estancia y la música parecía que estaba dentro del hotel, el hotel no se hizo responsable ni previó tal cosa a la hora de adjudicar habitaciones. |

Ik ben al meerdere malen in dit hotel verbleven. De ervaring wordt steeds slechter. Het lijkt wel of ze geen geld uitgeven aan onderhoud en verzorging. Mijn collega heeft zelfs meerdere beestjes op de grond aangetroffen. Bij mij op de kamer werkte bepaalde lampen niet waardoor ik alle lampen met de hoofdschakelaar moest uitzetten. |

El hotel muy bien situada, el parking gratuito y nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo con los niños. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno variado y con calidad. Todos los empleados son muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. Muy rápidos tanto para la entrada como para la salida. Repetiremos seguro!!!!! El baño tiene un cristal opaco que da a la habitación lo que hace que la luz encendida en el baño molesta al que duerme. |
