Great location just off the main shopping and nightlife district making for a quite sleep. Hard beds and poor AC. Also water main break caused hotel to loose cold water so 2 of 3 guest were unable to shower, making for an uncomfortable flight home to Pennsylvania. Additionally the Hotel would not allow us to enjoy the rooftop deck with beverages we purchased off site. |

Friendly welcome, pleasant decor, smart and functional room with good (and necessary) soundproofing. In-room entertainment system was confusing and at first implied that you had to pay for any form of facility, including tv. We eventually worked out how to get the free tv channels, but to the uninitiated, it would be hard. Perhaps it's a Spanish thing, but to have no coffee making facility in the room was unfortunate. To have to pay 5 Euros for one to be brought to the room was even more so. |

The roof top terrace was nice, the decor of the hotel was attractive, i was impressed with the bathroom and the sound proof rooms. No balcony and there was a funny smell on the corridor outside our room. |

Central location and not too far from main attractions of Barcelona. In a safe area. Good arrangements for short term parking when checking in. Good standard of room and quiet. Limited on site parking. |

It was a beautiful, quiet, well located hotel. Wonderful amenities. Beds were too firm. The jacuzzi was a problem. |

The staff were exceptionally nice, any time we had a query about tourist attractions they would ring up and find out for us or check the web. |

The food, service and drinks were excellent. Location was good too. Cleanliness of whole hotel was excellent. Our room was facing a wall right at the bottom of the building so there was no natural light so it felt a bit 'boxy'. |

We are 3 older sisters,we had a large room with 3 separate proper beds (no put u up). Lovely bathroom and super shower. Good central position. The advertised free internet access was only if you had a laptop. I wanted to check in for our return flight online and they said it would cost 3 euro!! I was a bit annoyed so the manager said reception could do it for me on their computer. Breakfast very expensive,so we went to a local patisserie. |

It is in a very good location. The hotel staff were friendly and especially the breakfast staff were very helpful. There 's no tea making facilities in the room. |

The hotel has a good location, near to the luxury shops. Hotel staff helped us to change our room (with a window opening to the street). Room was large and clean. The decoration was stylish. There were no slippers in the room as hotels in Turkey. |

Location was good to visit the most popular sights in the city. A short walk to Gracia,and La Rambla. We travelled with our children, our rooms were at the end of a corridor behind a common door which made us feel extra secure. Our bedroom was on the front/street side of the hotel and 1 of us who is a light sleeper was woken a few times during the night with traffic noisy(street cleaning etc.,) something to keep in mind for all light sleepers. |

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very large! It far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. It was in the center of everything. Very easy to walk everywhere! The bed was a bit too hard for my taste but everything else was wonderful! |
