The staff here are always very warm and friendly while remaining professional. Close to Metro, Placa Catalunya, Ramblas. Excellent breakfasts. Great value |

The room was small, but clean, everything worked, hot water exsisted :))) Was cleaned everyday. Very fast wi-fi for free is also nice. overall good experience. Construction work in the neighbourhood is not very good for sleeping, also the skater-drom on the square under the windows is very loud. The location is 8 minutes walk to La Rambla, but through some strange neighbourhood with freaks and trash bags. |

It was close to the centre of Barcelona, staff were friendly and informative and hotel was exceptionally clean. Immediate area round the hotel was a bit rough, area by the hotel was used by skatebaorders and so was quite loud at night. |

The hotel staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. The hotel had an attractive, modern design and was in a fantastic location. We will definitely re-book the next time we are staying in Barcelona. |

Location, very helpful staff In the day, the room looked really clean, but then in the night I had to turn on the light and on my bed were insects. That kind of insects that are afraid of light and that is living only in the dirty places. So I had to sleep all the rest of the night with the light turned on so the beatles wouldnt be everywhere in my things and bed. If this was not there, then I would deffinetly return once to that place because everything else was ok. But this is not acceptable. |

close to city center,2 min walk to metro station,clean room noise from hallway and surrounding area,especially skateboard park behind room which went on until 3 am every night. |

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the city center , shopping places very near, close to transportation. The comfort level was great. I once found towels that have resistant stains on them. The hotel should discard them. Even if they were clean they don't look nice. |

We really liked everything: we had a nice, spacious corner room with balcony and nice bathroom (we had specifically asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel); the staff at reception was always friendly and willing to help out (even when we got stuck in Sitges in the middle of the night and called them for advice); I absolutely loved the area and don't quite understand why some people objected against it: it is right around the corner of the stunning modern art museum; there's lots of people out on the streets till late at night, so all is safe; we sat and watched the scate boarders till midnight, listened to free jazz in the square and strolled to breakfast or dinner tapas every day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

We have booked the Economy double Room which in fact was not a double room, but a single small room which they wanted to sell as double. It's impossible for 2 adult person to live there normally. We stayed one night and changed the hotel because since requesting a double room they charged us 15% more per night. |

Clean, nice hotel in a good location - very central close to ramblas and 2 tube lines. Very good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms are a bit small (twin is much bigger than double for example) and the first night (a Friday) it was a bit noisy outside with people. Neither of these was really too much of a problem though. |
