Clean and modern bedroom. Pleasant bedroom. Waitresses stand around at breakfast while we have to get up to get coffee and milk! Breakfast too expensive and not being included in the price makes the price not good value for money. |

What I really liked was de localization! It´s exellent! You can go to many of the city´s nicest spots just walking. There´s a metro station and a train station less than a block from the hotel. Another thing very interesting on the hotel is that they don´t charge the beverages they put in the room for the guests. There is always water, beer, coca-cola ans juices in the room for the guests. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are silent, what makes the room comfortable for a good night of sleep. Be careful if you want a large room, because there are rooms in many sizes (usually the rooms with two single beds are bigger and the rooms with a double bed are smaller). The room service is exellent and the staff is very friendly. There were two things I didn´t appreciate in the hotel. The first one is that I stayed there during winter and this time they shut down the air condicioning service, but in barcelona the weather is very tricky and there were real warm days, what made my nights hell ! I had to open the windows (whitch in my room didn´t open much) and so it was noisy in the room and still very hot! For two times I asked the reception to turn on the air condicioning and they told me to open the windows...! I was with my hole family and everyone had trouble sleeping because of the heat in the room and the noise after opening the windows... Another thing that is not very nice ir the price of the breakfast --> US$ 28,00. But is a very nice breakfast! |

Very convenient location. Feeling peace and safe around but also close to main avenue and key subway station across the street. Hotel room was decently maintained and clean. Staff service level was a bit vary. Wish there could be electric water pot inside the room for hot water preparation. little things could really make a difference. Quite pricy and suggest to have promotion rate for longer stay travellors. |

great room with a balcony. staff could have been more helpful with recommendations for the area. the cleaning staff was erratic. there were always things missing from the room. they took the soap and did not replace it; another day they took the trash can; another time they left no new towels. just weird service. |

Bedroom and bathroom, room service, free mini-bar although we only have water, toiletries. Cleanliness. As a whole we loved our room. As a standard room it was excellent. Depending on future prices we will come back. Mattress. Breakfast not included, room expensive, lighting not adequate. Noise on the first morning. I have not read the reviews of other people so I can't answer the next question. |

Les petits déjeuners très copieux. La grande chambre, les peignoirs et les grandes serviettes en catégorie supérieure. Ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel en Mai 2009 et ayant un mauvais souvenir, cette fois-ci tout s'est bien passé. L'indifférence du personnel. L'hôtel est assez loin des Ramblas. |
