Staff is unfriendly. WiFi connection was free of charge bud did not work. Recepcionist offered conncetting cable but for 10 EURO. |

The comfort, the facilities and the servicing of the room were all very good. The variety available in the buffet breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were helpful. From the reviews read on line, I expected the hotel to be closer to the centre of the city. However, I appreciated the quiet of the location. |

2Min walk from subway, and then one stop to city center, very close. Staff was very nice. Room was very big and luxuriance for the mony paid. Breakfast is poor. WiFi didnt work in the room, but there is a pc with internet in every floor and option to connect laptop with lan cable in the room itself. |

It is realy nice hotel with nice personality, nice room and good location for exploring the city. The airpotr bus has stop close to hotel, the metro and other busses are also not far from the hotel. It was nice staing in this hotel. |

Convenience Surprise, that ordering a taxi from the hotel is more expensive than flaging it on the street to the airport. Ie, Airport to bcn was 26 euros; bcn to Airport 42 euros ;) |

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their English was very good. The room was nice and just what we were looking for as it was in a good neighborhood, centrally located and close to shopping. |

The big size bed, the wonderful room of two floor: first floor the living room, second floor the room. Double toilette (fantastic, if you go there with another person); the hi-fi stereo that was also a dvd player; the room was clean, comfortable, and silent; the Jacuzzi in the small wellness centre! The receptionists were very gently. The price of this hotel is generally high; I took advantage of a special offer. The position is good because it is located in the Eixample district (that is full of good restaurants and bars, but it is not too noisy like the Gotic district and the Rambla zone) and it is not too far from Placa Catalunya (city centre) - aprox. 20 mins. On foot. The wall of the room was a little bit dirty; there was also sign of a hand. |

Close to the city centre, but not worth the price you have to pay for it. Quality level is too low for the price. Pricelevel too high comparing to other hotels. Better is to take cheaper hotel further from citycentre. You have to take anyway the metro. Staff not friendly. Parking 23€ per night. Free internet doesn't work on room. |

Staff both efficient and friendly. Modern room decor and spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast choice good. Beds were a little hard and uncomfortable. No views from the room which was rather dark and gloomy and had to request in advance for use of Steam Room & Sauna which on one occasion didn't happen!. |

The location, confortable and the disign of the rooms. Oh u do need new tvs The Internet connection as well as the cable, very poor. I have to change the room because I couldn't connect from 407 to 207 (I think) 207 I connected but t he cable didn't work. |

The hotel staff were excellent. The rooms were really nice and it was a great location for getting into town. A 15 min walk or you can take the metro right down to the waterfront in about 15 mins. Its also very near some good restaurants in Lexaimple. Our room was connected to another room by a door, which meant we could hear the consistent coughing/getting sick, from the room next to us. It went on into the night but the reception promptly sorted the issue out. I dont think it was much of the hotels fault, as the loudness of the coughing was like nothing I have ever heard! |
