The staff was extremely patient with our lack of the local languages. We arrived on an early flight and were allowed to check in before the posted check in time. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone visiting to see beautiful Barcelona! Near to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. The wireless Internet access was very fast and always available; there was also a community computer in the lobby. |

The location is superb! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, I think it is a good place to stay at if you are visiting the city. If I have to mention something, it was the pillows - they are quite fancy, but I got a pain in the neck becasue they were round and not very comfortable. |

This hotel is exelently place for exploring the city, clean and the hotel staff was profesional. We have booked 3 bed room (as per booking.com booking confirmation) but got a small 2 bed room in which they squeezed the third bed. So it was not possible to move in the room, open the terace door and the air-condition was not working ! After complaining to the reception (and spending one night in the small room) we were moved to a much bigger room which was OK. |

Very good location for sight seeing. Not very helpfull staff; they advised us to park in the carpark which was £72 for two days and they did not even mentioned that the street parking was free in August!! Also when we asked where is good place to eat, they only advised one restaurant. I think the staff should give out more information about the local area and the events, not only about their hotel. |

Please write at least 15 words the location was great:convenient.elegant.safe.free wifi the best the rooms were small but clean and the staff could not have been more helpful.perfect for business or holiday If you are from the us and it is august the ac will be inadequete but it is manageable in light of how superb everything else is. |

Everything was excellent. The guys at the desk were helpful, everything on the hotel was new (furniture, tv etc), the location is also at the center of the city at the Pedrera's block which means away not too far from the old city and near the main shopping market, the underground station is near and in general I did not regret my staying there even once. Another big advantage is that for those who want to book a triple room the third bed added is actually a nice bed and not some camper as it is the default case with most hotels. If I ever visit barcelona again I will probably book to this hotel again. I believe based on the prices of the city that the breakfast price of 15 euros is not totally worth it. One can eat the same or more things by paying less in some cafeteria nearby. |

Great central location for shopping and all kinds of public transportation. Reception was extremely helpful on restaurant recommendations Checking in and out took way too long. Only 1 staff on shift at noon during check in/out time |

The noise.... The staff start to make noise at 10 AM!!! First was making holes in the wall... the second day continued... on the final day they started to nail something with an hammer.... The cleaning team also make a lot of noise cleaning the other rooms on the floor early in the morning... |

gostamos muito do atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, delicados na orientação quanto a localização de pontos turisticos e nas sugestões de passeios. Embora o estacionamento fosse em frente ao hotel, pagamos muito caro, deveriam ter um convênio para amenizar esse gasto. |
