Everything was very good. And excellent big breakfast free in the price. You have to have your own network cable to connect to Internet in the room (Wifi only in Lobby). I had mine, so no problem :-) |

Very much Presence of automatic machines with meal and with water and as the area in which is located Hotel was pleasant. As absence of pensioners and adult married couples was pleasant. And Internet presence is final Absence of the hair dryer and normal TV |

There is a metro station realy close and the breakfast is good. The room was realy dirty with dust everywhere. The bathroom was also realy dirty, as the bedclothes and the towels. |

It is nice to get out from the city centre to relax and have quite time. In the room cleaning part would have liked to have more days a week, changing of towels and bed sheets,and the room to have clean. |

I liked the social areas and the relaxed atmosphere with both families, young people and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the possibility to have dinner. I did not like the design, cleaness and the standard of the room I stayed at which was a twin room. I did not like that during our stay they only had one shared computer working. |

The best part of this hostel is the excellent food served there. Breakfast was included in our package and it was really good. We also had our lunch and dinner from there occasionally and they were also quite good. The lunch and dinner costs 9.5 euros/ person. But they were really rich buffets. The room (we stayed in the superior twin room) was also quite spacious and comfortable. The most important thing to be mentioned here is its location. Metro station Mundet is about 20 minutes from the city center and you have to walk 10-15 mins from the metro station to reach the hostel. It is on top of a steep hill. So we cannot recommend this place for older people, unless you are taking a taxi/ your own vehicle. Another equally disappointing factor was the lack of proper furnishing in toilets. There were no stands to place clothes and not even toilet paper roll handles. The worst part was that the hostel used to provide only 2 toilet papers even in rooms with 2 people. So we could see many people having the trouble of going to the reception to collect more toilet papers. I feel the hostel needs to do more for its toilets |

Breakfast was quite good. Many types of food available. It was also included in the price. The hotel was also very quiet. It is quite far away from the centre, but easy to get to with Metro line 3. |

It's very clean, spacious, the location is on the mountains, which I find really nice and fresh, good rate! But people should keep in mind, if they walk, they will be walking up hill therefore if they have a lot of luggage it might be quite an exercise when they walk up. |

The breakfastwas great and although the Residencia is not located in the centre of the town, the city is easy to reach with the metro. Just some minutes to walk and you are at the metro-stop. The rooms are ok, not luxuary, but you've got everything you need. |

we paid extra for a room with double bed... and it was too single beds put together... and when we slept on them they pushed apart... so we ended up being far from eachother....Really not romantic.... The buffet breakfast was nothing either... their wasn't even any fruit and boiled eggs which is normal ..... |

I think this hotel is very good. The reasonable price and no need to pay for using internet and good breakfast, all are reasonsfor me to choose this hotel. not good: small shower area and cleaning time, sometimes early and sometimes late, and on that weekend at 9 o`clock cleaning begann already, normally people can have breakfast till 10:30, and don`t want to get up early. |

The room was clean tidy staff very helpful and it was great value for money The directions from the metro would have been useful easy when you know how. The mattresses were very hard and the bathrooms could have done with an extracter fan. |

The value for money and the quite location are strong points. The included breakfast was pretty good and there were plenty foods to choose from for the low-rate offered. Rooms could get a little cleaning in the ceiling corners. |
