hotel style, location, price as of October, air conditioning was turned off, air temp was 87F and opening the window only brought deafening street noise! We couldn't sleep with the heat And noise. |

Perfectly located and a fairly standard quality hotel I have stayed at this hotel before and the experience has always been good but this time I got what must have been the smallest room in the hotel and the air conditioning was only blowing out hot air which was not fun. |

A clean and quiet room with bathtub. Access to metro, Casa Mira & Casa Batllo are extremely good. Safty area for family, I think. Less feeling of luxury than room rates we paid, such as an old-model TV, one of elevators which directly leads to 6th floor and room renovations. |

Very polite, helpful and smiley staff. Hotel was nicely refurbished, everything was working, with attention to detail which makes all the difference. Well designed, modern but not insulting, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. Overall there was a very positive air, and respect for the customers, which really reflects very well on the hotel. Would absolutely recommend it. Were initially given a double room instead of twin. No prob, but would be good to know in advance. Twin became available from second night, very nice room (507). However, had a rather obtrusive buzz from the wall (like a motor/pump behind it?). All else was great, so makes up for it. |

Quiet and in the middle of the big shopping streets. Not too far from the center of town or the beaches. Close to the Metros. Newspaper in the morning. Polite and friendly staff. The front desk was not very informative about activities/events/how to get around in Barcelona. |

location was very central, staff were freindly and efficient.room was satisfactory, A/C worked well, and inside room location was quiet. one of the lifts was too small that went to 6th. floor, we used lifts that stopped at 5th. floor and walked upto 6th.. never tried breakfast as we felt Euro 18 was too expensive |

The Hotel is ideally located at the shopping area of the garcia street and gaudi building. very closed also to the metro/train station. Room was very clean and the climatisation in the room very useful in the hot nights. |
