It was well run. Our room was quite spacious, and the toilet facilities very adeqate. It was also very quiet for an airport hotel. |

The rooms were comfortable, the wifi was convenient, and the shuttle was helpful, and the design was attractive I was charged a different amount than my guaranteed reservation and I had to point this out to the reception after he charged my credit card. I was resolved, but the charge stayed on my card for three days. |

A good standard room very comfortable The hotel was fine, however difficult to find the entrance from directions given, a tricky manouver u turn then entrance just off a junction. This information could have been better conveyed in directions given. |

Friendly staff. Had free internet access. Bathroom was very nice except the tub was so slick when wet one could fall down and get hurt. Need a tub mat. Halls were noisey until about midnight from people talking loud in the halls. |

The bathroom was very nice. The snack bar was closed on Sundays and we were only offered an overpriced disgusting pizza. I was also charged for my infant child. |

Convenience to airport, restaurant on premises, modern comfortable, clean room, large ultra modern bathroom, quiet inside hotel on busy street, free shuttle to/from airport Needed small wash cloth towels in bathroom, but all international hotels seem to lack these. |

Location to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service is a plus. Nice modern style, made our stay comfortable. The hotel is on a busy corner and we could hear the noise from our street side room. But once asleep it was just fine. |

The proximity to the Barcelona International Airport and the easy access from the City. The combined bath and shower with the water controls too far away to be reached without standing in the bath. |

Complimentary airport shuttle service. Bus stop to go into Barcelona City right outside (approx 35-40 min ride) Airport shuttle bus was not well marked to indicate the Alpha hotel. I missed it and had to wait another 45 minutes for pickup at the airport. The room air conditioner was not working very well. |

Very cordial staff, prompt wake-up call made catching an early morning flight easy. Spacious family room had separate room with twin beds for the girls. Despite the hotel's location in an industrial trade zone, inside it felt safe and polished. Alas, the venting system pumped cigarette smoke from the next room into ours. |

Very helpful staff with good English. Realxing bar area and comfortable room. Excellent airport transfer service As we had to be up early for a flight the following day, it was very unfortunate that we couldn't get a full emal before 8.30pm. |

Shuttle to the aiport is free, brilliant! Makes the price of the hotel worthwhile, cuts out all the hassle with transport. Definitely the place to stay if you have really early/ late flights or need to be near the airport. In addition the hotel room, staff and services at the hotel were 4 star. Hotel is more suited for people going to/ coming from the airport. Probably not the best for visiting the city or for people without a car because the hotel is located in an industrial area, no real facilities around. |

The hotel wasn't that easy to find, and on getting to it our hearts sank a little - looked quite dowdy and unloved. How wrong our impressions were! Inside the hotel has been modernised to a very good standard. Very clean, modern, 'different' and stylish bathrooms, reception area and bar. Swimming pool small and the 'fitness centre' is just one exercise bike and a cross trainer - but these are minor gripes. Enjoyed the stay, just wish it was a little closer to Barcelona centre. outside appearance |

The food at the restaurant was great; the room was comfortable and had a unique design and look. The shuttle bus service to the airport was key for us to choose the hotel. Some of the staff did not speak English very well (as we arrived). The restaurant staff and the check-in desk staff as we left spoke English well though. |
