The nearest metro stop is a just a few minutes away at either Universitat or Plaça Catalunya. There are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and cafes to complement your self-catered holiday and why not visit the famous Boquería market where you can sample local city lifestyle and discover bargain prices.
As a deposit, guests must either provide their credit card details or the sum of EUR 200, to be returned at check-out should the apartment be in the appropriate condition.
A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 40 per apartment per stay is payable locally.

The appartment was clean and tidy ,however smaller than the photographs made it appear , I would not have liked to spend more than a couple of nights there . |

The two staff people were wonderful--- friendly and very helpful. Location is very convenient. The apt. was attractively furnished. Visitors need to know that: electrical adaptors to 110 A are not provided, and an additional daily fee for housekeeping is charged at check-in. Couch beds probably will be comfortable for kids, but not so much for an adult. |

The convenient location, the standard of the apartment and facilities were excellent. Good security The entrance looked as though you were entering a jail, big iron gate! All self-catering establishments please note this....tea and coffee were provided but you nreally should provide the basics, like salt / pepper olive oil etc., it would not add significasntly to your costs but make life much more enjoyable for your guests. |

This place was excellent. It was very convenient to have the space of an apartment vs. a hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped. Washer and drying rack were in the room. Air conditioning, black-out blinds. The woman who worked there was amazing - very friendly and helped us find and book a restaurant our first night. And the location was just excellent - a block from Plaza Catalunya, a block or two from Las Ramblas, the metro was right there - couldn't have asked for better. And we were amazed at how quiet it was - we were in a corner room, but the windows kept the sound out very well. The bed was a little hard, but not too bad. |

Centrally based in Barcelona. Really nice shower! The apartment slept 6 and there were 5 in my party, however there were only two bath towels, not enough plates or glasses, no tea towels, not enough pillows (only 4). No large cooking bowls to heat in microwave. When I asked about tea towels I was told that it was more hygenic to use paper towel although there was none supplied! |

Great location. Very nice apartment - clean and a lovely view of the avenue. A little small for the 6 of us but pleasant. When the manager was there, she was very accomodating. We didn't know that we were supposed to get there after 9:30 am - when the manager arrives (we took a cab from a cruise ship and arrived just after 9 am). The person in the lobby was very nice and helped us move our luggage up to the correct floor - but she spoke no English so it was difficult to communicate. There was very little "maid" service which was ok with us. |

Close to main tourist area Having to check in at Hotel at Av Roma before going to the apartment at Carrer de Pelai can be a problem having to lug my luggage from one place to another. |

i was very disappointed as we were forced to stay at the hotel amister as someone else had been booked into the 2 apartments that i had booked over 4 weeks before. as were moved, i was advised that we would get VIP treatment however this did not happen and told the location was good but we had to spend alot of money on taxis. |

everything was very comfortable and the people at the hotel helped us very much looking for the right way to go about the city there was everything exept a tool to open wine bottles, however did was not that bad |

It is new, clean, very centrally located and perfectly priced (we were unable to find a triple room of the same quality and size for a smaller price in a hotel in a central location). It is quite noisy (so bring earplugs). It is also advertised as being appropriate for three people, but note that there is only one room with the double bed and the couch. |

Perfect location, great value, very comfortable - beds, well equipped kitchen, pretty and very new apartment. Excellent receptionist. That's a place to stay! No parking, and inability even to stop at the apatrment to unload the luggage. City parking is close by but expensive. |

Location of the apartment is good. We booked a apartment for 6 persons. However, the room was not suitable for 3 or more persons at all!! There was one bedroom which didn't had a wall. 2 sofa beds was included. But once open, no space at all in the livingroom. Also, bathroom entrance was located next to the bedroom. This means that you had to pass those who sleeps on the bed everything. |

Sehr gut eingerichtet, modern, sauber, gute Lage, nettes Personal, auf jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man mehrere Tage verbringen will. Der ganz klein am Ende der Bestätigung erwähnte "Reinigungspauschal" von 40 Euro, welcher für eine Nacht sehr teuer vorkommt. |
