This hotel has it all, staff really goes all out to please you..Lovely lobby area with library. The buffet next morning was out of this world, much more than I would have expected at this price level. Definitely would stay again. |

It was quite clean and tidy -- however a little noisy with the jack hammers on the street outside our room during the day. The reception area was open and had some interesting artifacts and modern art, and the staff greeted us nearly every time we entered or exited. There were nice "lotions and potions" in the room, and I really liked that you had to put your room key in a slot to make the lights and electricity work in the room. I thought that was a very clever way to conserve energy. Good green points! I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel, but it would have been nice if there had been tea and coffee facilities either in the room or offered elsewhere within the hotel when guests choose not to include breakfast in their stay. Also, the walls under the sink in the bathroom could have used a little coat of paint -- there were some water marks, and normal wear and tear marks that looked a little scruffy. The rest of the bathroom was so nice, that little detail would have made it perfect. |

Very comfortable, helpful staff, clean, wi-fi works very well, great size of the room and bathroom. The location is good coming from the airport, so you can stop at Stacio de Sants, and walk about 6 blocks to get to the hotel. The location is not the best one. You can walk 5 blocks to the nearest tube station, but there's nothing useful/ interesting close to the hotel. Though it's not very far from the center, so taxi is not so expensive. |

The Amister has perfectly clean, contemporary rooms for the price offered. Great, Castillian-speaking staff and generally nice facilities. Close to Sants station and Eixample. The hotel is currently under renovation and hammers woke us up early on a Saturday morning. Currently, there is no bar/restaurant due to the construction. Also, this hotel is about 25 minutes' walking time to the Rambla. |

We paid 12 €for breakfast for every component of the family (also for children 8 years old). It's the first time that I pay for breakfast for children! More than this : we book 2 rooms because we are a family of 5, but they gave us 2 rooms at threee floor of distance. |

We liked some of the artwork. The walls seemed relatively soundproof. The woman concierge was nice. All concierges were helpful with maps. The floor of our room was extremely dirty, and appeared to have never been steam-cleaned, much less vacuumed. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. The concierges showed no interest in helping with bags or baby strollers. |

It's a nice Hotel would go back again if the below was looked after. Lovely rooms, very tidy and clean. As I am from Ireland the TV, was a big issue. It only had spanish on all channells. There was also 2 messages left at reception that we did not receive.We only learned of that when we got home. Was very disapointed in that. |

The hotel was perfect, clean well organized with helpful staff. We didn't try to order any food or drink there to comment in them, even our reservation was without breakfast. Internet signal in rooms is either low or very low. Sometimes no signal. Breakfast costs 12.5 Euros per person per night! I think it is too much. |
