The hotel was perfect, clean well organized with helpful staff. We didn't try to order any food or drink there to comment in them, even our reservation was without breakfast. Internet signal in rooms is either low or very low. Sometimes no signal. Breakfast costs 12.5 Euros per person per night! I think it is too much. |

The location was good, the room and bathroom was wide. we had the balcony:) There was problem with shower, and breakfast was really bad. |

The the cleaning staff. The parking facility.They charged me 25+vat euros per night (21.00- 9.00)to park my car!!! I discovered (unfortunately the last day) that the national parking opposite the Hotel was charging 16 € (all inclusive)! Also the staff in the breakfast room, was not helpful and was disapeared in the kitchen.The clients were knocking all the time the door in the kitchen, in order to ask for something that was finished on the breakfast buffet!!! We felt like we were disturbing them!! In general the human service is far behind a four star hotel. |

nothing - very bad experience the hotel location is not in the center. upon arrival we were met the receptionist in the front desk and who behaved in a rude and terrible way not suitable for any hotel. the hotel refused to transfer calls made to us and used bad language which simply shocked us beyond any words. not recommended at all and does not in any way stand in the standard we are used to in booking.com |

It was a lovely quiet oasis in a very busy city - the beds comfortable and the bathroom, clean and inviting. My husband is disabled and this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff on the front desk are both helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was very disappointing and it was a while before empty dishes were refilled. The breakfast staff were surly and not very helpful. |

A nice clean and attractively priced hotel, our room was nicely designed and reasonably quiet despite facing the road. Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the room, one of the night staff was a little grumpy! |

Very comfort, clear, and the stuff just excellent! Very kind and friendly people.Just 10 minutes from 2 metro stations, and 10 minutes away from the central train station of Barcelona. Only 10 minutes from the city center on foot. The hotel's design is very elegant. |

very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful and clean hotel, very comfortable and central to many attractions in Barcelona, short walk to La Ramblas and many reasonably priced bars and restaurants, in general very satisfied! if anything, just a small thing, rather limited selection at breakfast, but nothing really! |

First of all, the stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in late (11 pm), to leave the luggage their in the last day until leaving for the airport, etc. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and minibar is not really overpriced. Since it's a 4 star hotel, i was expecting it to have pool or gym. |

Cheap, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, relatively quiet, good bathroom, small fridge and free safe English TV limited to news channels & picture fuzzy at times. No drawer space and limited storage space in cupboard. |

A nice design hotel especially for that price. Friendly & helpful english speaking staff. Well conditioned (very important in August). Location good for young, but not the best one for the people who don't really enjoy walking by +40C - nearest metro 10 minutes walk, 15-20 minutes walk to the main street. The room was a bit small for one week stay. Cleaning was good in the room but superficial in the bathroom. |

Very clean, quiet and nice hotel. Big room and comfortable bed. It is not very close to center by walking. Metro stations are closeby but you have to walk at least 7 minutes to reach. |
