Cancellation
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per stay for cots.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Payment and check-in:
When booking, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival using the Comments box. Then, on arrival in Barcelona, all guests should call the property directly to arrange check in (a contact telephone number will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site).
Check-in takes place at the property office on weekdays between 12:00 and 14:00, and 16:30 to 20:00. Guests checking in at weekends should call the property in advance to make alternative check-in arrangements.
Guests arriving after 20:00 must pay an extra surcharge.
At check in, the full cost of the stay must be paid in cash or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments). There is also a breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment, payable by credit card (the payment will be cancelled at check out once the condition of the apartments has been checked).
Check-out:
Check-out takes place before 11:00. Guests checking out after 11:00 must leave the keys on the table inside the apartment and turn off the lights.

It was a well-designed apartment. Furniture was nice and comfortable. The location of the apartment was in the heart of the La Ramblas, which is between the old city (Ciutat Vella) and the 19th century Eixample district.There was two balconies directly over-looking La Ramblas. There is a supermarket in an easy walking distance and many cafes. The apartment was very clean. All the household equipment worked very well. Staff, especially Sonia, was very helpful and nice, moreover communicating with them was easy. Also there was an alarm system in the apartment that you feel very safe. It is also good value for Money. You can easily reach Plaça de Catalunya and Port Vell in 5 or 10 minutes time on foot. You have many alternative restaurants all |

It has a balcony directly overlooking one of the most "happening" bits of Las Ramblas - excellent for people-spotting, and a really central location within Barcelona. It's also good value for money. No real issues. Some noise from the street outside overnight; inevitable given its absolutely-in-the-middle-of-Barcelona location - it didn't bother us at all, but might bother some people. |

The apartment was very clean, there was just enough space for our family of five. Furniture was nice and functional. All the household equipment worked very well, laundry machine was a nice surprise. Staff was very helpful and nice and communicating was easy. Extra fees were very clearly stated and there were no surprises there. Also our late check-in worked very well as we called from the airport in good time to let them know of our arrival. Soundproofing was good, we didn't hear anything from the other apartments and the street noise was also blocked good enough. The stone floor felt quite cold for Finnish standards as we don't like to wear shoes indoors. Our youngest son is still crawling on the floor so his stomach was cold all the time. There were some bamboo mats in the bedrooms, would have been nice to have one big one in the living room as well. The shower cabinet and the shower curtain didn't really keep the rest of the bathroom dry, the floor was wet for a long time afterwards. |

The friendliness and helpfulness on arrival. Well equpped. The nice decor. The convenient location. no where to leave luggage on last day prior to going for a late evening flight. had to pay 12 euros to leave cases for the day at a nearby storage facility. |

This is an attractive well designed appartment with comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen sufficient for a good holiday.There are two balconies overlooking Las Ramblas from which we were able to watch the festival parades.. The owner and his assistant were most helpful and considerate to my disabled husband and made every effort for our comfort. There is a supermarket in easy walking distance and many cafes. The third bed was not very comfortable but for us this was our only minor complaint. This is a busy and vibrant part of Barcelona and the noise goes on through the night so I would not recommend it for light sleepers. |

It's was very close to the action in barcelona however it was extremely loud because of unruly tenants in the next apartment... It was easy to find. Yes a lot..... The bathroom was not acceptable. The toilet was broken , the shower was extremely small you could hardly turn around ... There was nothing at all in the apt. 2 rolls of toilet paper/ 1 roll of paper towels no soap very small shower towels etc. |

Location to the Ramblas and La Boquira market We had a late flight and arrived at 11o clock at night and was left waiting outside on the Ramblas for half an hour and we had to pay 30 euros for that,also the fact that the building next door was being renovated and we had alot of banging and pnumatic hammering at 8.45 in the morning which lasted most of the day |

Nicely decorated. Great proximity to Ramblas and Barcelona attractions. Shower fitting broken and needing replacement. Also, although its a self-catered apartment, it could have had some basic supplies such as salt, pepper, sugar, perhaps small packet of washing powder for machine. We only stayed three days and felt it unnecessary to have had to buy these things. |

I booked these lovely apartments and immediateley got a call from spain asking what time I would arrive. They were secure, soundproofed, and really modern and central. I felt at home here as soon as I arrived. Perfect location opposite the main market on the Ramblas and watched the world go by! Well equipped, and really comfortable. there was no bath witch i like but only a shower. Also the toilet was loose. |

Excellent location with easy access to everywhere. Clean and spacious apartment. Busy area out front on the Ramblas but the bedrooms faced the back courtyard so they were quiet for sleeping. Easy walk to the harbor and all the nearby tourist sites. Choice of both train and metro stations. Good selection of restaurants nearby and the beautiful market right across the street. Would have liked a storage room for luggage for before or after the stay while waiting for flights. Would have liked a bigger bed. The standard size bed leaves feet hanging. The fan on the heating unit was not regulated by the thermostat and the apartment manager speaks no english so getting this corrected easily was not possible. Would also like some non-spanish channels on TV. |

posizione perfetta: 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione della metro liceu e dal mercato della boqueria, 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, 3 minuti da piazza catalunya.piuttosto pulito e nonostante sia situato sulla rambla gli infissi sono ben sonorizzate e di notte non si sente molta confusione. le coperte di lana dei letti erano polverose si vede che non le lavano frequentemente...meglio invece le tovaglie che sono state cambiate 2 volte in 7 giorni. |

Dogodne położenie, w centrum największych atrakcji miasta. Hałaśliwe towarzystwo sąsiadów za ścianą, głośna muzyka nad ranem, niestety nigdy nie wiemy, kto będzie naszym sąsiadem. Biuro jest czynne do 19.00 więc pozostaje pukanie w słabo wygłuszoną ścianę. Ulica za oknem żyje całą dobę, jest głośna, ale można to uznać za lokalny koloryt. |
