We found the Acacia to be clean, quiet, friendly and good value. Rooms are big and comfortable. Located beside a metro station and far enough away from the busy noisy Ramblas and Old Town areas |

Good location near metro, bus stop near, central for walking, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Windows were unclear glass and you had to go reception to check on the weather. |

The quality of the staff at the reception, the meticulous cleaness in every place. Well maintained place to stay comfortable and quiet. Terrible experience in moving my car down the ramps underneath to the thight parking lots. Need several manuvers at each turn of the ramp. I did hit and scratch the right front end of my car (rented) on the bumper and just below. Front desk people should inform people about how it is difficult to use the hotel underground parking and propose to park for the customers. |

location was ok and that's about it. the parking garage is unbelievely narrow: have to be a master to park your car there. The room is a bit under what we expected, but still ok. |

Modern interior decor in a residential area of Barcelona. Warm helpful multilingual reception staff . Parking: bewarned! underground garage required skill on access ramp. I had a Volvo V40 and managed but a bigger car would have probably been a no no. Probably no need for car in city. good bus links to Ramblas from adjacent major Hospotal Clinic.Metro access compromised at present by renovation work at Diagnonal key interchange station. |

Spacious room with kitchen, friendly staff, closely located to a Metro station No air conditioning, old-fashioned decor, mattresses needing replacement, extremely weak wireless internet signal made it almost unusable |

J'ai apprécié la présentation de la chambre et la propreté de l'établissement. L'hôtel est en proche du centre touristique par les transports. Le lit est assez inconfortable. Petit déjeuner conventionnel. La rue est bruyante (hôpital à proximité). |

Amabilite du personnel et proprete. Situation excellente. Des bruits d'evacuation d'eau incessants et tres sonores nous ont empeches de nous reposer et de dormir. Nous avons trouve cela inadmissible par rapport a la categorie de l'hotel.heureusement nous avons ete aimablement changes de chambre des le lendemain. |

Hotellin vastaanotttohenkilöstö oli todella ystävällistä. Huoneisto oli siisti ja puhdas. Huoneistossa hyvin tilaa kahdelle, varsinkin kylpyhuone riittävän tilava. Bussi- ja metroyhteydet keskustaan olivat hyvät. Jouduimme yöpymään kaksi ensimmäistä yötä 1.kerroksen huoneistossa, jossa ikkkunat savulasia niin, ettei ulos ollut minkäänlaista näkymää. Melko ahdistavaa! Toiveemme ylemmän kerroksen huoneistosta täytettiin heti, kun se oli mahdollista. |

L'hôtel est situé près des principales attractions de la ville, sans toutefois en subir les inconvénients (bruit, foule permanente, etc.). Il est possible de marcher pour atteindre ces attractions mais le métro et les autobus sont aussi à proximité ce qui facilite les déplacements. L'hôtel nous donne la possibilité de préparer des repas sur place ou de profiter de bons restaurants à proximité. Le personnel était très courtois et professionnel. Aucun commentaire négatif à faire. Une suggestion toutefois, il serait avantageux, compte tenu de la chambre de type "aparthotel" de localiser la télévision du côté du salon plutôt que dans la chambre. |

Localisation de l'hotel. Metro au pied de l'hotel. Le personnel. Le parking, places presques inaccessibles. L'equipement de la cuisine (trop peu d'accessoires). Fenetres que l'on ne peut pas ouvrir. |

Prima plek om Barcelona te bekijken. Met metro en bus is alles bereikbaar. Een appartement (afzonderlijke slaap- en zitruimte en kitchenette) met de faciliteiten van een hotel (ontbijt op de kamer). Behulpzame staf. Als de receptionist niet op zijn plek is, is het niet duidelijk hoe je binnen moet komen. De ramen kunnen niet open. Kleine bron van irritatie: douchekop die niet goed op te hangen is. |

La zona en la que está,bastante cerca del paseo de Gracia y muy cerca de la parada de metro. Una zona muy tranquila. La amplitud de la habitación Lo único , la ducha, el mango esta fijo a la pared y un poco bajo para mi estatura. |
