Very clean. Ideal location. Staff very polite. Very good hotel. Noise carried very easily from both outside and inside the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful - couldnt do enough for you. Location was brilliant. Hotel was very clean Kittchen equipment in the rooms was super! will def use this hotel again and recommend to my friends and family! |

I felt welcome. We had been robbed on the subway and the front desk staff helped us get more cash through the banks. Breakfast was good value for 6-euros. Room was on the old side but comfortable. Before we left home, I had two e-mails from the hotel welcoming us and giving good directions from the airport. The side street where the hotel is located made me a little nervous, but that was probably because of our bad experience in the subway. |

It had a kichenate so we could cook for ourself and it's very close to the Metro. The room are quite small espacially since we were three. |

Clean, modern business hotel, helpful staff,good breakfast, free internet, convenient to metro, lively non-touristy neighborhood for inexpensive (by Barcelona standards) restaurants. Air conditioning did not work but hotel provided good fan. Noisy: doors slam easily |

The location is great - in Gracia neibourhood - very likable and interesting, only 2 min walk to the nearest metro station which takes you to the center in 10 mins, altough not in the center of the city but a nice walk of ca. 30-40 min takes you to the center |

the hotel was very close (2 min.) to green line (3) metro station Fontana and near to bars-restaurants-supermarkets-pharmacies, the comfort room was spacious with double bed as we requested , the kitchinette was well equipped, the room was cleaned every day, free internet at the lobby, the staff was friendly and helpful (many many thanks to Elisabet for helping us with a problem that occured). Although the hotel was full and the neighbourhood is busy on working hours there was no disturbing noise in the room. Pretty good breakfast buffet (with an extra charge). |

very close to the metro station, perfect price for a perfect quality of service, spacious room and bathroom and always clean, fridge,microwave,plates,knives and forks in the room, very quiet, tidied up every day, flat screen tv and radio, big bed, table with chairs...everyrhing perfect! |

We had everything we were looking for in a hotel during our short stay in Barcelona: perfect location (close to Fontana metro station and lots of shops, restaurants and bars), excellent service/facilities and friendly staff. The small kitchen in the room was a great bonus, particularly the fridge - we bought our own beer, wine and food in one of the many supermarkets nearby. Two friends of mine were staying at the same hotel when we were there and the air-conditioning in their room was not working properly (luckily the same didn't happen to us, our AC was working fine). |

Staff welcoming and competent. Convenient for Metro. Use of garage clinched booking in first place. Room absolutely fine, though our neighbours' return at 3 a.m. didn't help! No. Did not read clients' reviews. |

Very close to Metro. Room had a refrigerator for use. Reception very helpful when it came to directions to certain areas but was unfortunately not knowledgeable about getting to the airport. We were told it would take about half an hour when it took one and a half hrs and we missed our plane. We were given wrong info re the trains. On the return we were made aware of the Aerobus by the airport staff which was fast and convinient. Wish your staff would have told us about it. |

reception staff spoke good english, and underground carpark was great. rooms neat and tidy air con was broken and room was like a sauna! also, wifi had to be purchased at front desk for extra and there was only limited connectivity in the room |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, parking safe and clean, room comfortable great shower. Could hear your neighbour through bathroom window but this wasn't a major problem. Parking pricy. |
