The staff and location. It's a small hotel but they know everyone who was checked in so it is safe to leave luggage with them. The staff was very helpful in every way possible. There was a problem with their booking system when we arrived so they made sure we were taken to their other hotel (which was more expensive) without paying extra and they took care of the transpo for that. Very good breakfast. It is in the city center but be careful at night. Although since this is not my first time in Barcelona I expected this already. The taxi fare is cheap so it is wise to take a cab at night. |

Staff and breakfest Rooms are too small for the money they charge and if you stay in the room facing street it is too noisy. The metro is also noisy. |

The location is close to a metro station. However, the room was a little small and not a 4 star hotel. The TV screen was small. The room was always well cleaned and the AC worked well. |

It's closeness to a metro station in Barcelona and being quite close to the city center The Millenni is situated on a very noisy street and it is almost impossible to get any sleep at all before 4am in the morning as the noise level never lessens (people shouting and laughing, constant traffic police/ambulance/fire brigade, etc.) |

The hotel was in the centre. The staff were very nice and helpfull. The room was very small and rather noisy. In my opinion the hotel is too expensive for the value you get. |

Convenient for Metro Run off from the shower was very poor, resulting in unclean water accumulating in the tub. Mentioned this to the receptionist, who duly recorded it in his book, but nothing was done about it. Rumble of the metro trains could be heard during the night. Antiquated telephone with no facility for messages. |

It was nice & clean and value for money. The hotel bar closed at 9, which was dissapointing and they only served breakfast-no dinners. Breakfast was €16 each which we didn't have. |

The members of the staff were kind, good english speakers. The room was clean, the hotel is situated near mostly of the things you might need, including the subway. The room was to small, with not such a good view as I've seen a wall during the stay. The TV cannels should be international too not only those from Spain. It's not a hotel for a honeymoon. |

Clean rooms, free internet access. Upon our arrival, we have been warrned about thieves in the area and to be carefull with our belongings. It was not a good feeling! On our departure we were trying to load our car with luggage when a thief snapped our little bag off us while we were tryinng to put another bag in the car. If the hotel staff is aware of thieves in the area I think they should look into a luggage porter who can help you with the luggage and avoid to have your staff stolen of you. Be carefull of thieves in that area. |
