Great location in old area, close to many bars and restaurants, the Picasso Museum and easy access to Barcelona's many sights on nearby metro. Rooms clean, furnished comfortably, espresso stove top coffee maker, washing machine. Quiet in October. Small lift, not just the stairs for access. Walking distance to Estacion Franca. Non slip mat in shower would be useful. |

authentic, atmospheric, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location - you feel as if you are living in Barcelona! there was some noise at night but only the usual city noises created by local business - made it more atmospheric! |

We stayed at the double apartment 32. Value for money. The location is very good overall, but probably you can't escape the noise at night anywhere in Barcelona since people are partying till the dawn. It was really noisy during the night. The bed was uncomfortable. Only public parking (the closest is on Jaume street and it's about 5min on foot from there to the apartment). The bathroom was rather poor. |

Very close to all activities in the central area of Barcelona. Kitchen facilities excellent Difficulty finding management, office unattended during stated hours - this made payment of account impossible during the stay |

Location was great - close to the beach and major attractions; The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and he speaks Englishr easonably well 1. Bathroom window does not have a screen - we had one giant "cucaracha" sneaking in - otherwise the building is very clean; 2. Water was leaking through the ceiling from the bathroom (or kitchen) above when in use |

The appartment had everything we could have hoped for and more, the staff were friendly and helpful especially in correspondance prior to our stay and we were within walking distance from the heart of barcelona |

Centrally located. Staff was cooperative as we checked in at late night and he was still there to receive us. No ventilation and no good view. Ac was not much effective. We can not call it an apartment as it was very small but I guess it is the same in all European cities. |

Apartment was placed very closed to city centre. Local shops were available, short distance to all points of sightseeing trip. The room was very pleasent and climatic. Customer service provided by recepcionist was symphatic and very helpful. We had really amazing time there. The only one weakness of the room was that on our double bed we got two spare matresses which didn't make our night very comfortable. |

location doors and windows where old and let noise and smell pass through. If someone smokes in a room nearby, you will smell the smoke. If someone watches a loud TV or smashes a door, you will hear the noise. |
