Location. The equipment was old. Did not like the amenities of the hotel. Staff was friendly but did not go any extra steps to make you feel at home. Staff was very young not experienced. |

The desk staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Location was on a good and regular bus route. The room was tired looking and most certainly needed a good makeover. |

Close to center, metro nearby, coffee-shop for breakfast and supermarket nearby. Room ok. The internet works good, free of charge. No view from the window, only de interior zone of buildings. No safe box in my room as it is mentioned in the site. The housekkepers shouldn0t do so much noise in the morning and my room as near their private area, so the noise of the door is a litlle anoying. |

Convenient location, safe, friendly and helpful staff. The modern bathroom, was attractive and functional, with a better shower than usual in Europe. Everything was impeccably clean. The wifi worked perfectly once I learned that the B in the password was minsculos -- that is, b. Mattress a little firmer than some might prefer, decor (except in the bathroom) was dated, including minimal adornment. Only one picture hanging, with another large wall undecorated. |

Very clean room and quiet.Very helpfull personel, speaking english fluently.Very good location, nearby metro station Hospital Clinic and bus stop outside the hotel for plaza catalunya in the city center. Maybe the price for the breakfast should be reduced or included in the price. |

Good Location. Just a few blocks to subway and shopping. The street noise was terrible! Also,we chose this hotel for the pool, but it was closed for renovation. |

The room was lovely&clean all the time. Located very close to subway, restaurants and shops. The staff/service speaks english which was important for us. The airconditiner wasn't working properly. it was turning on and off whenever it wanted to. noise from the street was kind of tiring but it really didn't affect our stay. |

The rooms were really clean and the bathrooms shall fits everone needs. There was silently atmoshpere, the breakfest was really good for this priced. And Internet included! |

They should be explicit regarding the fees. At the front desk while checking in we were told breakfast was included in the price. When checking out we were charged 12 Eur per breakfast. On one hand they should have told us breakfast was not included and on the other, breakfast was not worth the price. |

Great Location...close to the Metro Stations & wonderful places to eat! Far enough from the busy center yet close enough to many of the tourist attractions!! Loved barcelona!! Would go again and recommend this hotel! |

Facilidad del check in. Tranquilidad de la habitación. La ducha no funcionaba bien, de repente salía un chorro de agua hirviendo (de verdad muy caliente) y de pronto volvía a enfriarse. Era muy difícil encontrar el punto justo sin quemarte o helarte. |

Boa localização para quem chega de comboio de El Prat (aeroporto ),com ligação directa ao metro; 2 estações de Barcelona Sants até hotel (Hospital Clinic)+ Sagrada Familia 3 estações linha azul . Periferia com restaurantes ,comercio e supermecado . Proximo a pé da Diagonal . Autocarro 56 em frente ao Hotel até Praça da Universidade .Pequeno Almoço bom para a cateegoria . No Porto Olimpico "Arroz Caldo " no Restaurante " Água " . Televisão do quarto sempre com interferência em toda a estadia , apesar de termos solicitado por 2 vezes o seu arranjo, so á 3º é que nos foi informado que era devido á ala do # 312 com a possibilidade de mudança de quarto . |

Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont agréables, certaines plus petites que d'autres mais confortables tout de même. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du métro et des bus. Les oeufs brouillés étaient à peine tièdes les deux matins. |

La ubicacion La habitacion pequeña y muy ruidosa, las ventanas de deficil acceso, se olle todo el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, el secador malisimo, se calienta y deja de funcionar, en fin con lo bien situado que esta el hotel es una pena que no cuiden los detalles, ademas el parkin carisimo..... El persona muy amables y el trato muy correcto. |
