sehr zentale Lage, freundliches Personal etwas hellhörig bis zuweilen auch laut, was aber meistens an den fehlenden "Filzgleitern" unter den Stuhlbeinen stammt, wenn diese über den Steinfußboden gezogen wurden. Das "Frühstücksbuffett" verdient diesen Namen mangels Auswahl auch nicht |

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Verstänsigung auf English war sehr gut (was in Spanien nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist) Zimmer war ziemlich klein und hatte wenig Staufläche |

Die Lage des Hotels könnte für touristische Besucher Barcelonas kaum besser sein. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und auch die Fenster isolieren kaum. |

About a 60 second walk from Liceu Metro stop, right on Las Ramblas, in the gothic quarter, clean, comfortable, good price, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall pretty good. Fairly small room, internet mostly didn't work, very hard to find the first time getting there. |

The hotel is very clean and has a good money value. Beds could have new mattresses. The old ones are not comfortable any more. The location is the beiggest advantage of the hotel. just off hte Ramblas, in a relatevely quiet alley. The stuff doesn't smile. Why is it such a problem? there was no interenet access at the 3rd floor, despite the hotel info on the web site. If you can't provide the service offered, please reduce the price for a room on that floor. |

The location was perfect, right next to las ramblas! and all the shopping stores were nearby. The receptionists were very helpful as well! |

Very handy to boqueria market, las ramblas, the barri gotic, etc. has a lift! and very cheap breakdast 0- although hard to beat the market - No towels on second day! And internet was a little slow. |

I think it was a great hotel with good value for the price. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is also incredible, right in the centre of the gothic area and the metro station is right next to it. |

The bathroom was new and nice, even though tight in space. 1 small window, steps to the nice bathroom, and balcony was on same floor, but not viewed from the room. Not sure if this room was unusual or indicative of others... |

Good value for money, right at the Ramblas in the center of the city. My biggest concern was the bed! I tried different rooms, but all have the same bad quality beds. You feel the spings in your back when you lay down and that is very unconveratble. Other than that it is a very good hotel, with good service and if you take a room which is not facing the street, you will have a barable noice level. |
