location The hotel should look after its customers and hand out information about the alarming number of robberies and thefts in this city. It was not until I was violently robbed myself that I found out this is a big problem in Barcelona. Nobody at the hotel made an effort to warn us about this. |

The room was lovely and very modern, we had an amazing view of the sagrada familia. On checking in the receptionist realized it was my birthday the day before and upgraded our room. It was very close to the metro station and found it very easy to get around. My only criticism was our hairdryer was broke, and the window was open and we were unable to lock it shut so as we stayed in november it was quite chilly and with the wind the window kept opening. On the whole though a very nice hotel. |

Brand new hotel, very clean and very nicely decorated. Very well located at 100m of the Sagrada Familia and the metro station. Our room was very quiet, large bed, all of that for a resonnable price. We recommend this hotel Price of the breakfast is very high for what you get. NEvertheless, they offer a continental breakfast at the bar which is really cheap |

I enjoyed staying at the Ayre Hotel Rosellon. The staff was friendly and helpful, nice room (though might be a bit small for two people), great location (views of Sagrada Familia from the window and Metro in about 300 metres) and good value. |

The hotel is in a very close position to Sagrada Familla, we had a high floor with the window face to this master work. Room is small but modern and clean. The subway is very cloese. Staffs are very friendly. 82euro without breakfast is ok for such position in such a city. Airc-con is not working very well, my collegue felt very hot in the room, the staff arrange to open the window, but when the window is open, it is quite noisy |

Hotels location is excelent, because you can easely get to the city center from there and it is not too crowded area at the same time.Staff is very helping and polite and I would definitely choose this hotel once again. It was too hot in the rooms, but this problem can be easely resolved by opening windows. |

Just a few steps from Metro station (lines 2 & 5) and the Sagrada Familia. The staff was gentle but of poor english knowledge and although I had a written confirmation of a double room they have given me a twin room. |

We liked the interior of the room, the location and the personal was very friendly and polite. The value for money was excellent. There was not a good signal in our room for the wireless internet. |

It is a lovely hotel, situated very close to la Sagrada Familia. This is a very nice neighborhood. Not as touristic as La Rambla, which makes it nicer. Metro station is just around the corner. The rest of the city is within easy reach. The hotel has large rooms and is 'designish'. Our room had a view of the Sagrada Familia, but we did not realise that it still has some 2 decades of work left, so sometimes the construction was a bit loud in the mornings. However, that is a small price to pay. The staff was very friendly and spoke English rather well. One gem in the hotel is the rooftop terrace. (8th floor by elevator and then a few extra stairs). You will have a great view on the city. |

The wonderful roof terrace really made our trip. Especially lovely at night with the Sagrada Famillia all lit up. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms |

The room was beautiful Because of the difficulties we had with the shuttle and the facts that the tv in our room did not work and we were not able to get room service since the cook wasn't there at 8 pm, we were given a junior suite. 1. The shuttle service from the airport was non-existant. We waited for over 45 minutes and wound up taking a taxi that cost 15 euros plus tip. The shuttle to the airport was timely and excellent. 2. Room service hours are the same, apparently, as the hours of the restaurant, so you cannot get room service, for instance, at 8 pm, since the restaurant doesn't open until 9 pm. They might as well not have room service since it's not available when you need it. 3. We selected the hotel because it was promoted as being near the airport. It is not. |

Good location for getting around Barcelona, close to the Metro and local buses. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, so don't need hotel food. Staff at the hotel spoke English and were in general very helpful. Didn't use the hotel for food or drink, its more like a business hotel, but that wasn't a problem as the rooms are excellent. |

cleanliness of the room as the hotel is quite new. 1. when asking at the reception for some information my wife noted that staff laughed at my back maybe because i tried to speak spanish as their english performance was poor; 2. one day the cleaning lady took the laundry together with my pijamas. although i noticed hotel staff i did not receive any answer from the personnel until i called back. they promised to take care of this but as i dropped it to ignorance they happiliy did the same. |

Helpfulness of the staff in providing us directions to area attractions. The hotel has been in operation for two months and is very clean. Would have like to have had high speed internet access on a hotel computer available free to guests. |
