En general l'estada ha estat bona, pero he trobat que la indicació per entrar a l'hotel esta una mica amagada. i si entres o surts despres de les 12 de la nit has de fer tota la pujada per les escales i son una mica incomodes, totes les demes coses be. Les escales de l'entrada. |

Situation was excellent and within walking distance to many parts of Barcelona.Buffet breakfast was good 2 for €10 an offer at the time. Too much wood in bedrooms that was not functional only decorative, and rather dated. Needs a make over and softer beds! |

the room was clean but needing updating,i believe we were upgraded as we paid for breakfast and internet deal,so dont like to think what the lesser room was like. Breakfast had good choice of food.Convienent location. no swimming pool,as i read on a website there was 1. Gym was very old equipment. Bedroom had no opening windows. The room was dated needed improving. The bed terrible-matress so hard,and pillows not good. |

My choice was driven by Location. I had come off a train from Montpellier at midday, and had a very early flight to Santiago the next morning. Total time in Barcelona -19 hours- unfortunalely,so I wanted to be close to connections. They graciously gave me an early check-in , the bath was nice, and view from 6th floor engaging. I'd go again. |

The best of all is location and the hotel is also clean and comfortable. Breakfast is expensive and gym is not free for hotel guests. |

Convenience for getting around Barcelona I had stayed before at the hotel and the breakfast this time around was a big disappointment. It was certainly adequate, even good by some standards, but poor compared to previous visit |

The location was good as it is located right above the central train station. The hotel seems to be old and the room quality wasn't that good. |

Very pleasant check in staff, especially Sara, who took time to ensure that we had a ground floor room as my wife does not like lifts. Good breakfast, only 10 euros. |

Close to the City Center, the airport and transport bus and rail. I have often stayed at this hotel and could not fault it. Yes the breakfast. It would be nice to be able to get an Irish / English breakfast. |

the hotel is on top of Sants station, easy to get all the transport, good staff. the aircondition not really worked, it was too warm in the room. can not use the internet. |

A fantastic value! And a great place to stay while exploring Barcelona! When I read some of the other reviews, I was a bit tentative, since we have stayed in a number of places that have been disappointing in Europe this trip, but the price was right. We ended up paying 100 euro/night for two nights and had free wireless internet, a safe, a fantastic breakfast for two and a late checkout for 3pm (all of which is not normally included at the base rate and all of which we used -- the late checkout was perfect for us.) If you want to just hang out at the beach, I wouldn't stay here though. It is a great hub for touring the city, but not going to the beach. Smoking floors smell like smoke, but is tolerable even for someone sensitive to it. I assume some people will be turned off by this though. Front desk staff generally were quite impolite, with the exception of the fellow from Venezuela that checked us in. We had 2 queries at the front desk afterwards and were greeted with rather rude responses. Some customer service training is definitely needed. Fake a smile, if one has to... |

it is an ideal hotel for acces to the city and perfect for onward travel i have stayed at this hotel many times but the way i was treated on this occaison at a less than busy time appalled me .then the room allocated to me had faulty a/con it took 40 mins to re allocate me another room i was desperate to eat and the delay caused me distress being diabetic |

Breakfast quite good, but coffee awful. Very important - they gym was not open on Sunday. This is the reason the hotel was booked and we had to argue a great deal in order to get a free breakfast in compensation. Your website should make available this sort of information, the opening times and days of the gym. |

Conditions of location is the best. It is convenient in both the business and sightseeing. Especially, the dinner of the restaurant at the hotel is wonderful. The dish is excellent, subtle, challenging, and novel style. The price is reasonable. |

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Under the hotel there is the sants estacio, the metro and the train station: this is the best point of the hotel. The view of Barcellona is excellent. The staff is very cold and doesn't know anything about english... The breakfast and laundry costs are very expensive... |

The location of the hotel is great, just above a train station, metro stations with connections to the city center and a taxi station just in front of the hotel. We also liked the views that the room had towards Barcelona. This hotel is perfect for a city trip and the services are great. |
