Take time to marvel at Gaudí and other’s amazing and fantastical Modernist architecture, seen throughout the classy boulevards of the Eixample district. This style culminates in the world-famous Sagrada Familia cathedral.

Beside the Eixample you will find the charming area of Gracia, full of historic narrow streets and pleasant squares. This district is popular amongst young people and, as such, is full of cool little bars and chic restaurants. Its squares are a particularly nice place to sit outside with a refreshing drink and delicious tapas.

Check-in:
Guests should inform the Barcelona 54 of their expected time of arrival in the Comments section when booking.

Guests should arrive after 15:00. After 11:00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and, if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later.

Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. Please be aware that an extra charge may be payable for guests checking-in outside the specified check-in hours.

On arrival:
Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.

Check-out:
Guests must leave their apartments at 11:00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09:00 and 10:00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition. If the apartment is not vacated until after 11:00, an extra night will be charged.

Cleaning fees:
All rates shown do not include the additional and obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 60 (EUR 40 for the Attic Apartments). The apartments will be in a clean condition on arrival and should be left clean and tidy on departure.
