Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel located on Carrer Pau Claris, 145 to collect the keys to their apartment, along with directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro.
At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartment's condition.
Cleaning service is not included in the price. There is an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50.

The fact you were given a map on arrival helped us around quiet a bit during our stay.The space the hotel provided as there was 6 of us who stayed here the two bathrooms where ideal. Also the location of the apartment was good as it was close to the metro, shops and restaurants There was a smell in the larger bathroom and only went away if the AC was continuosly left on. The DVD player was not working and as the channels only showed programes in spanish we were unable to watch any tv or films although we had brought over 10 DVD's. |

Apartment is spacious, and in good location. Clean and in a nice block with entry buzzer so feels very safe. Wifi advertised but it doesn't work. Called to complain but it was never fixed. Also, no-one cleans your flat during your stay. Even if you ask to have the bed linen changed, all they do is leave the linen in your apartment and you have to change it yourself. |

It was in excellent location and near the metro, with very good forniture (parquet included), powerful heating, big rooms, and even 2 bathroom. The minimarket near the apartment is at the same perfect. The 300 euro applied for caution are too much.Neighborood quite noisy |

Modern apartment with air conditioning in an accessible location. Issue with booking in - machine not working, so had to leave our spending money as a deposit, so incurred extra costs withdrawing money in Barcelona. Apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, disappointed wet towels, dirty sheets and rubbish in the apartment - although this was rectified once complained. The beds were very hard and the apartment could benefit from lamps in the bedrooms as plunged into complete darkness or bright light. Shower was not practical as space too small for a power shower using a shower curtain resulting in flooding every time it was used - had to use the towels to mop up - leaving us with wet towels hanging about. |

It was located in a very convenient location. The apartment was a very good size. Would have been perfect if there was a washer & dryer. There is an additional 50euro charge for cleaning. That should not be extra. |

very clean and very nice place, had really nice balcony and access to the roof yes the fact that the keys were left for collection at barcelona boutique hotel, that place was a nightmare to find, even a taxi driver got it hard to find it! i would like to stay there again but i wouldnt because of having to go somewhere else for the keys! |

The apartment was clean (except for the fridge). It was quite central very close to the metro station and in a nice area. Our apartment lead to the road so it was a bit noisy. Next time I would chose at the reservation already the apartments that lead to the inside. And take some soap for washing your hands (nothing is available). |

It is an appartment, which is great if you travel with kids Cleaning of room was of spanish quality. Appartment itself lies far away where you have to get your keys. We got another apartment then we booking (it was a better apartment, but further away from the city). |

The appartment was very nice clean and comfortable only four of us stayed there. We had two bathrooms which was excellent. A very nice area not far from the metro and tourist buses. lovely city. Seating may have been tight for six as there was only a three seater settee and a single armchair but as there was only four of us we were fine. |

The size of the apartment. The email from the hotel after I had booked included a cleaning fee of 50euros that Booking.com said was imcluded in the price. I emailed them twice and did not receive a reply. They did however honour the Booking.com price when I showed them my booking receipt. |

Nearby food markets, easy access to metro's, clean and modern. No change of towels in the 3 days we stayed, you had to pick up the keys from a hotel about 15 minutes away. |

The apartment was absolutely amazing. we had am apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the location next to the Paseo de Gracia in eixample meant that you were away from the busy part of barcelona when it came to resting. staffs were very helpful and and facilities were good. we thoroughly recommend the place if you want enjoy Barcelona!
