Big apartment, own rooms for the children. Two clean bathroom! Quiet and central.... To pick up the key on another adress than the apartment was. |

Smart, modern, comfortable. Good location and convenience of having your own space as opposed to a hotel room to come back to and relax after sight seeing for the day. Near to the tube and bars, restaurants, cafes. Staff could have been more helpful and welcoming. Maybe have provided more information on getting to the airport, sights to see, maps etc. Staff need to be more familiar with airline operators such as the cheap flight companies' online check in proceedures. Local knowledge seemed poor. |

The office is far away from the apartment. It's not convenient to pick up the keys in the office and move to the apartment later. |

the lcoation of the appartment was very nice only 5 minute walk to placa gracia. the personel was very flexibel and nice. the showers were a very small and the airco was not working very good |

The staff is helpful, The location 's near metro. The room is clean and spacious. The facilities are well equiped. The apartment and the office are in different location. Need metro or taxi to go to the apartment |

The location is brilliant, easy to find, close to shops, metro, walking distance to Ramblas etc. The office staff who provided the key friendly and professional. For the price it was ok but we would probably pay a bit more next time for more space and facilities. Would be fine for a smaller group. It was crowded for 6 of us (2 adults, 4 children) and the room with the double bed was completely filled by the bed, so we made the sofa up as a bed to give us more space. Bathroom / toilet facilities very basic and getting a little worn out. |

6 of us in a group so ideal for all of us to stay together, as we were going on a cruise on the Sunday so it was a 2 night stop over in Barcelona. The living room could do with some more comfortable seats the settee kept collapsing when you sat on it. |

It is like being at home in Barcelona (we have lived for some years in the town and I can say that for sure): clean, situated in the best location and at a reasonable price - dependes on how many people will pay! |

The location of the apartment was great, on Passeig de Gracia. In walking distance to all the Gaudi landmarks as well as all the restaurants and shopping. It would be nice if there were directions to start the hot water heater, we were getting panicked before figuring it out! The staff was wonderful and even came by to double check that we had figured it out. |

The apartment was fully equiped, we had everything we needed, it was a big, lighty and very cosy app. Great value for the money paid! They could add wi-fi, they had all the necesary equipment |

Great value for the money you pay if you are a group of 4-5 people or a family. Possible to rent an apartment for 2 nights only (normally it is 3 nights minimum). Very nice, big and modern apartment in the city center. The kitchen is very well equipped. The disign is simple but stylish. Close to the metro station (apartment Villarroel 7 in Barcelona). Some TV channels don't have a good picture quality. I did not use the Internet but it was possible in the apartment. |

The room was better than we expected. Everything was in perfect order, very clean and instructions were abundant. The guest has to go to the office to check-in which could be unpleasant if it's at a late hour at night, however everything else was great. |

The apartment was 2 blocks from where we were picking up the keys. We had to walk carrying our things or pay another cab fair to take us there. |

The apartment was modern and comfortable It was very inconvenient to pick-up the key at one location and then having to go to the apartment which was still another 10min drive away. We had to keep our taxi waiting outside while we went into the office to get the key. I also did not like that the security deposit was charged to my card, and I had to return home in good faith that it would be refunded,but to me relief it was refunded. |
