The roof terrace with Jacuzzi The door card repeatedly wouldnt work, requiring regular queuing at reception for them to be re-set...dismissive attitude of receptionists made matters worse. |

The staff was helpful. The location was excellent. The room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Overall, very good. Breakfast was very expensive. The jacuzzis were not working. |

king sized bed was nice even though we didnot reserve one. the room they gave us at check-in was a no smoking room on a no smoking floor. the room reeked so bad of cigerette smoking we demanded they change our room. this room was the worst smelling room on our entire 14 day trip through spain. the staff was very snippy about giving us a different room claiming at first that the didn't have any other rooms which was just a lie. when they did change the room they gave us a room next to the elevator with no view. it was loud at night listening to the elevator but the room didn't stink of tobacco like the first room |

The daytime concierge was awesome! He helped us find a number of great restaurants and was very service oriented. Wish I could hire him back home. |

Everything as I got a deal on bookings and for 80€ a night was a bargain. excellent location for tourists and for business. One of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in slight noise through ceiling and walls, i think this was the air systems - went up to sauna, spa center, nice city views but sauna was cold. |

The bathroom facilities are excellent. Very hard to actually fault the hotel itself. Close to Metro. The terrace bar was a joy. No swimming pool. |

Loved the jacuzzi. Rooms were great.beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable. Front desk was friendly and answered all our queries. Classy hotel but not in the center of action-but not far away- walking distance. If looking to go out front door for action--not the place. Good quality hotel for the price and at most 15 minutes to la rambla. |

The staff was excellent, they assisted as much as they could and answered any question. The room and bathroom were high quality. A lot of good restaurants around (but unlike La-Rambla area – much cheaper) . Quiet location No coffee in Room (but I guess this is common in Europe) |

Clean and contemporary hotel. On second floor, the low rumble of the metro was not a problem. Excellent roof terrace with bar, jacuzzis, sauna and fitness room. Good location and walkable to the city centre, airport bus, tour busses, etc. Lots of good restaurants, bars and shopping very close by. Although the breakfast was wholesome, plentiful and convenient, it was very expensive compared to dropping into the various cafes open nearby in the morning. |

The service is good, the value for money is more than the avergae and the location is very convenient. The king-size bed rooms, where I personally had an unpleasant experience, though it was fixed afterwards. Moreover, a friend of mine whom together we booked there got a much much better room yet for the very same price and class. |

Hotel looked great! Beautiful room, etc. Service levels were marginal. Employees commented that they liked when there were no guests in the hotel - less work for them. Missing towels, ran out of toilet paper!!!, then plumbing problem made us change rooms - packing, unpacking, etc. They only took off some minor mini-bar charges. |

Great location just off the main shopping and nightlife district making for a quite sleep. Hard beds and poor AC. Also water main break caused hotel to loose cold water so 2 of 3 guest were unable to shower, making for an uncomfortable flight home to Pennsylvania. Additionally the Hotel would not allow us to enjoy the rooftop deck with beverages we purchased off site. |

Friendly welcome, pleasant decor, smart and functional room with good (and necessary) soundproofing. In-room entertainment system was confusing and at first implied that you had to pay for any form of facility, including tv. We eventually worked out how to get the free tv channels, but to the uninitiated, it would be hard. Perhaps it's a Spanish thing, but to have no coffee making facility in the room was unfortunate. To have to pay 5 Euros for one to be brought to the room was even more so. |
