If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon arrival, the remaining 50 % is required, along with a EUR 200 refundable cash deposit.
Parties and loud music are not permitted in the apartments. The management reserve the right to end the reservation of any guests owing to complaints on these grounds. No compensation will be offered in these cases.
Bookings of more than one apartment may not be made without the prior approval of Barcelonaguest management.

Great Barcelona breathing apartment with high ceilings, and nice atmosphere. Excellent for families and groups of friends. Location in the middle of restaurants, shops and club area. Walking distant of all main attractions. Very well equipped with dishwasher etc. Minuspoint: no WIFI! No wifi. Taxi arranged by staff was very expensive! Arrange your own! |

I really liked the comfort and design of the room as well as the staff. It wasn't very easy to find. Maybe putting a sign out in the front so that visitors can identify the hotel better. |

It was lovely to stay in an apartment and have that extra space that you don't get in a hotel. Supermarket nearby for the essentials. An easy enough walk to Plaza de Catalunya, although it seemed further than it was when we stayed as the weather was hot. |

Terrific appartment in a good position, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. After hours walking round fascinating Barcelona comfortable beds meant a good nights sleep was assured. Nothing- though an English speakingchannel on the tv would have been nice |

The apartment is located in a typical old apartment house and is nicely remodeled - updated kitchen, bathroom etc. The location in Eixample is great and you can easily walk to places to eat and Plaza Catalunya. The lady receiving us was there as we agreed to check us in and brought us new towels during the week. This is essentially an apartment, there are no hotel facilities and no hotel reps on site. The management has several apartments they rent. When we were there, the apartment above us had a bunch of very noisy young men staying there. Two nights they had a non stop party for several hours. It was impossible to sleep for those nights. Although there is a clear policy of no noise in the evening, when we mentioned it to the lady cleaning the apartment, she shrugged as if to say 'what can one do' ? |

I stayed at a 4th floor apartment, with 4 rooms (2 large bed, 2 single bed), a reasonable living room facing backwards with large windows, one kitchen, one bathroom, air conditioning in the living room. It´s located in a building from the 50's, but well kept and nice. The apartment had been renovated recently, all with Ikea furniture, good taste, with a minimalist touch. The housekeeper, Mrs Natalia, is a wonderful person, always willing to help. The Metro station is close, 3 minutes walking. There is a Lidl supermarket 50 meters near. All in all, I definitly recommend Barcelonaguest apartments at least on the 4th floor ! Due to age of the building, noise maybe sometimes a nuisance (for instance, the elevator is clearly heard from one of the single bedroom). However, during the staying the only nuisance was the elevator sound and this was seldom heard, eventually because there were not many people at the time. |

In an old style building and a good location for most city sights. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our apartment was on the first floor and the front bedroom was noisy until the early hours of the morning particularly on Friday and Saturday nights however the air conditioning drowned some of the noise. |

The location was excellent. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean. The portiera was lovely but spoke little English (we spoke enough Spanish to communicate though) - could be a problem for some people. Apartguest gave great support on phone. |

Overall is fine. We stay in family room (4-person). Double-bed: comfort and nice; single bedroom: too near the washroom, quite noisy and the bed is not comfort at all. Kitchen facilities is fine but not very clean. Air-conditional is very good. Helpful staff. Staff cannot speak fluent English |

Spacious and stylish accommodation, perfect for a family or group of friends. Less than 15minutes walk to the ramblas. Housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay. |

really comfortable apartment, great beds! :) nice location, only 2 blocks far from the Metro station. no noise from the streets! the lady who was waiting for us was pretty polite, but she spoke only Spanish!we managed to communicate finally :) an extra bathroom or an extra mirror would be preferable, for 4 girls like us :) |

The Barcelonaguest was in a good location, the Rambles was within easy reach and from there you can go on to explore Barcelona. The Barcelonaguest is apartments within a residential block and at times in the early morning was rather noisy along with it being situated on a busy road with a lot of noisy passing traffic. |

Det var dejligt at bo i en lejlighed i et boligkvarter, som ikke var så "turistet" og alligevel i gå afstand fra de kulturelle tilbud i byen. Måske skulle det oplyses, at der ikke bliver gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder under opholdet (1 uge). Det var OK men havde været rart at vide. |
