L'habitació molt be. Les vistes des dels pisos alts o des de la piscina del pis 23. El minibar de franc. Has de deixar el cotxe al mig del carrer i esperar que algú de l'hotel l'aparqui, sense opció de fer-ho tu mateix. |

les vistes si! que a partir de les 19:00h!!!!!! ja no funciona el bar de la terrasa!!!!!!!!!! amb les vistes que tenen!!!!!!!!!!!!! hi has de pendre algo a la entrada del hotel! molt cutre! |

Esmorzar molt complet. Personal atent i professional. Piscines i Spa petits però com que no hi havia molta gent estaven molt bé. Tens barnús i la petitíssima sala de fitness i l'spa estan inclosos. No es podia regular la temperatura de l'habitació i feia molta calor. Tampoc es podia obrir cap finestra (donava sensació de claustrofòbia). |

Les vistes de les habitacions son increibles! Hauria de tenir en la zona de spa una piscina d'aigua calenta, ja que a l'hivern no et pots ficar a cap piscina perque estan a fora y a mes l'aigua esta freda. |

The hotel had great facilities and had a lovely relaxing and friendly ambiance. The breakfast was great really fresh produce and a treat to try different types of food. |

Clean, good design, close to metro station Booked it becasue it close to Touristic bus stop, but only learn when I arrive that the bus line is not available in winter! Also the swimming pools are open only in summer! So I guess it is good choice for summer, but not winter. |

Nice breakfast. Close to metro/tram links. Staff was not friendly. Instead of double bed there were 2 separate mattresses put together which kept moving apart. The hotel is not a good choice for offseason travellers. The web page did not mention that the bars and pools are closed. The only one opened was the Corner bar on the ground floor, not a nice place for a drink at all. The upper swimming pool was closed. The outside pool was too small and with cold water. Sauna area was really tiny. Jacuzzi too cold and urgently needed maintenance. Relaxing area is only outside. Saunas were closed at 9 p.m. without any notice, staff just coming in and asking you out (on the site it stated they are open until 10pm). And the "Suite" did not have even bath, only shower. |

close to the metro and close to bus tours the view and the barstaff were very friendly and helpfull Air con did not work properly and despite reporting it nothing was done reception said turn it off and open windows ,(mosquitos had a great time) hotel porters loaded cases into lift infront of us blocking are exit instead of waiting for next lift if all the staff were like the barman it would have been great |

View over Barcelona from rooom on 22nd floor. So many warnings about pick pockets in Barcelona but we were ripped off at the hotel! We asked at reception about how to get tickets for a Barcelona F.C. match. The receptionist made a telephone call and gave us a list of ticket prices. We went for the €85 option, expecting that for tha price they would be very good tickets but when we went to collect them at reception the day before the match, the price on each ticket was €52. We argued this with reception but got no satisfaction, the extra €33.00 per ticket was for the agent who arranged the tickets. We realised too late that tickets for the match were available up to the day at face value and that they could have been booked on the web or at the grounds. Poor customer service! |

All that we wanted, great location for the convention center, metro and the shopping center. Staff were good, the whole hotel was well appointed and enjoyable. |

It was very close to the metro and took about 20mins to get to central Barcelona. There was also a massive shopping centre next door with lots of restaurants and shops. I was a little disappointed with the pools, they were quite small and absolutely freezing. The only bar that ever seemed to be open was the corner bar in reception, so you couldn't get a drink at either of the two pools. |

I appreciate the proximity with the congress center. The sight over Barcelona was really amazing from floor 24th. There has been a trouble with upper floor shower, and water coming in my bathroom. I diserved a new room and a gift. I consider that there was a good management of the trouble. |

I can't say that I liked one things much more than others in the hotel. What I would like to mention is a perfect view over the city (11th floor) and a hi-tech bathroom :) |

I had a business trip in Barcelona. I've stayed there for 3 nights. I was checked in at the 21st floor. The view of Barcelona was really nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was ok, however not excellent. I would recommend this hotel for the future, but not at a price higher than 100 euro per night. This is the correct value of the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and even though we had checked out of our rooms we were still able to leave our luggage there so we could go exploring before our flight. |
