Hotel very central. Room comfortable! Staff could not speak English well although it was said that they could. Internet poor. Far too expensive for what it offers. |

Location I reported to the taf that in my room has not coffee making facilities and coffe and tea. The man on the reception first refused to believe after long questioning with "Are you sure? -5 times said- Don't worry tommorow morning you will have them. And thats it. I havent anything else in the next morning the cofee and tea in my room was still missing. |

I liked only the size of our room and the shower was pretty big too. I didn't like the poor organization of this hotel and their stuff.Staff's english was very bad ,I barelly could understand what they were saying ,we asked for some better pillows at the front desk and they never bring us nothing.Bad,bad, bad customer service.I won't stay there again that's for sure. This hotel should have more coat hangers in the closet , more hooks on the walls, the bed was hard as a rock, pillows were very bad too. The management need to come with a better organization about people who have breakfast at this hotel. They were trying to charge us for breakfast that we never had.So this tells me how poor the organization of this hotel is.Anybody can come to this hotel give some room number and you end up being charged with something that you didn t use, it happened to us ,someone gave our room nr. like we had breakfast there ,and the hotel never checked, they were trying to make us paying for that. The hotel need to have a check list with hotel guest and a card system or so ,so this incident won't happen to someone else... |

The pool area was excellent with very comfortable sun loungers and very quiet. Location was excellent. Check in was an absolute shambles. No queing system late room availability and people being dealt with while others were waiting to be allocated a room. Very poor. Remainder of the stay was good |

The hotel has a very good location in the center of the city, the room were clean and big with a modern bathroom. Furthermore, it was nice that the hotel has its own outdoor swimmingpool with sunbeds. |

Clean and very central; but quiet. swimming pool was brilliant. misleading though. yes - it's on the roop top; but the roof of the mezzanine !! so there is no view and it's seriously overlooked. we were given a ground floor inside room. no view; but nice and quiet. It was also very dark. as we had only paid a third of the headline rate, it actually didn't occur to us to compain nor to ask to be chamnged as we arrived late at night.had we been paying the full rate of 300 euros per night, I am sure that we would have done. Breakfast was reasonably priced; but availability of certain foods dwindled through the week. they obviously get their deliveries on Friday afternoon! the loo broke twice for no reason - and we had to nag reception for it to be fixed. the bath was v slippery. dangerous for older people |

Very relaxing atmosphere, easily accessible and at the heart of the city. Room was spacious and included all the facilities. Furniture new. I am very disappointed that on two different days, there were cockroaches running in the room. |

Great location ...2 mins walking to Plaza Catalunia, the Ramblas and Passig de Garcia. Comfortable and functional rooms. We requested for a 2 hour extension on checkout for any one of the 6 rooms we occupied but they declined saying they were full. However, their wesite showed rooms were available. Since, we were asking for a favor above and beyond what they are required to do, I do not hold it against them ...however most hotels would not have declined a 2 hour extension for 1 in 6 rooms. |
