Great location! Metro, bus, taxi, Turist Information - all near and very close. Very Good Breakfast. Rooms are big and Clean. The loby is not pleasent and does not fit a 4 star hotel. Some rooms are in front of other rooms and without any reasonable view. |

The excellent view from the rooms on the Placa de Espagna. The friendliness of the staff. The quality and size of the rooms. The sanitary needed fixing. Bath and sink faucets in room 645 were not fixed on the wall. |

Desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación genial y el personal de recepción muy amable y profesional, en especial Mariana (que nos solucionó un problema durante la estancia) muy recomendable, gracias por todo. Queríamos ir a la piscina del hotel, por motivos de salud, pero por problemas técnicos no estaba cubierta. Eso sí, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a un hotel con piscina, pero estábamos tan contentos en éste que no nos fuimos. |

la atención de las chicas de recepción, aunque siempre tube que moverme yo, para poder consegir algo las habitaciones, baños, hal ly como no, la espectacular recepción con botellon incluido en la puerta de un centenar de jovenes. |

La ubicación porque estaba justo al lado del recinto ferial. El personal es algo seco y distante. Le preguntamos por un lugar para desayunar y casi querían obligarnos a hacerlo en el hotel sin tener presente que los precios del bar y de las máquinas expendedoras eran desorbitados. Por poner un ejemplo, en la máquina 50 cl de agua te costaban 2 €). Otros amigos no pudieron pegar ojo por el ruido de una máquina de aire acondicionado, o eso suponían, que arrancaba y se paraba durante toda la noche con un sonido tremendo. |
