Quiet location, clean, good services. Nice neighbourhood with everything you need, from supermarkets to restaurants and all sorts of shops. Thin walls, so if someone turns on the TV or speaks normally in an adjacent room, you will hear it. Emilio at the reception had a scary style of dealing with the customers, but he was ok though. Beds on wheels are not a good idea. Changing the towels daily is an enivironmentally stupid idea, no matter how many stars the hotel has. A bit far from the metro stops (8-10 minutes walking). Use the Vallcarca stop when going to the hotel and the Lesseps stop when leaving the hotel, so you don't have to go uphill that much. |

The hotel wa comfortable and clean. The free wifi is definitely a bonus The room was noted as having a minibar - there wasn't one, not even a fridge. The airconditioning did not work, it just blew out warm air not matter what the temperature dial was set at. The room was very warm and I'm glad I wasn't staying in the middle of summer. |

The 4 Star is simply a joke!!! Our room was unbelievable small!!! It had no minibar, no safe, nothing! The heating/air conditioning was old and not well working. It ruined our trip to Barcelona completly! |

We found big 5-6 cm cockroach in the bathroom. The furniture was old and not comfortable enough. As for the four star hotel we expected more quality. |

Ok value for money. Quite and large rooms. Was hard to find using the address on their website. The address that works is "Carrer del Putget". Walking from the metro stop with some bags to the hotel might be quite a thing. If you'd like to: Use the Vallcarca metro stop, so you only need to walk down the hill instead of up (using the Lesseps stop) Hotel is somewhat outdated: I'd say more a 3-star than a 4-star place. |

Great location for local parks an city centre. Very helpful staff. A great base from which to explore the city. Room service was an additional charge. The minibar/ fridge was not working. There was no kettle avaliable for the rooms, hence all drinks had to be purchased elsewhere. |

I thought the hotel staff were very friendly. Nice meals albeit only having a choice from a snacks menu. The breakfast was nice although they had a special on at the time 7.5 euros per person normal price 13 euros, I don't think it will be worth 13 euros at standard price. The room was small, but it did have a nice bathroom. Should adopt a greater choice of evening meals. |

solo la Sig.ra Patricia... Only Mrs Patricia **** ha ha ha . The room was like a 2 stars room, not more, very little, and high 2,20 cm. without refrigerator, the windows on a horrible cement wall. Far 10 min. from the nearest Underground station. There are a lot of better hotels in Barce and cheaper.. auguri... |

It was a nice hotel and generally the staff where very helpful. Room service could not speak english though and I could not speak Spanish so we where a bit stuck there. It's a really small street. Make sure you figure out how to get there before arriving as its a little hard to locate and I found maps of the are to be inaccurate. Also go to Line 7 I made the mistake of going to Drassans and its incredibly hilly in the area made for quite an uncomfortable trip to the hotel from the airport as I used the metro. |

Staff attendance, small room but very cleverly designed (thus pretty comfortable), fully featured bathroom (soaps, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, shoe shining sponge, etc). Breakfast not included in room price. |

Close to Park Guell. Nothing else. Poor cleanliness! Dust all over the rooms! Major part of staff wasn't tailled for dealling with clients. Breakfast not included. Conclusion: This wouldn't be a 4 star hotel anywhere else!!! (not in Portugal, at least) |

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent price. Easy subway ride to Barcelona attractions. Internet WiFi is free. And for those who complained about the uphill walk from the train...good god, get some exercise, it is not a big deal! They did not have ice available for guests which was disappointing. |

People were friendly. The bar and was nice and the Pizza there was very good. I found hair in my bathroom that was not mine. The room was very small and I had a 13 in tv the other room had a bigger tv. |
