The location is a bit far from other attractions, however it is very close to metro station, so you can go around places relatively easy. The room is big, Twin beds are comfortable. You can also take a Metro train to airport, but you need 10 more min to look for the station underground, gray line. Need updated the hotel, not a 4 stars hotel, may be 3 stars |

Staff was very cooperative. The location was good for our purposes but wasn't close to attractions or night life. |

The rooms were big and clean, the hotel was one minute from the metro station and the train to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. |

I loved the location which is next to main train station and all the staff were clean and a friendly and helpful reception. It was a little cold in fall and they don't provide heating system that time. |

Staff was friendly, room very large with free extra bed for child. Beautiful views of city and Sagrada Familia from rooftop pool. Too bad there are no services around pool--drinks, etc. Room had a strange smell. |

The hotel is a very good value for the money, very close to the subway station (aprox 200-300 m - Clot, Valencia exit), pretty near to the city center. Hotel staff is friendly and overall speaks good English. The pool is quite small but intimate and with a very nice view - they could definitely improve the schedule (now its just 9am-9pm) and put a bar there. The walls are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours snoring. |

The pool and views from roof. Friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. Central location near metro. I left note not to change towels as I was staying 5 nights and there was really no need for a new set of towels each day. Like many other hotels I'd recommend you have a notice for guests in bathroom with a system - towels hanging up means leave them there; towels on floor means please change them. It would save on costs and energy... |

I liked that the bathroom had a bathtub and I also liked that the hotel was so close to the metro station. The parking place was convenient. I did not like the beds because they were on wheels and kept rolling away from each other. And I especially hated the way the cleaning ladies slammed the doors. You could hear this noise from early in the morning until late in the noon. They should install some silencers for the doors because it is very disturbing. Not to mention Spanish people like it when the whole world hears their conversations. I would have liked to try the pool but it closed at 21:00 and until that time it was always full with other guests' children. They were not so well-behaved as to let us enjoy it as well. There should probably be someone in charge of the pool present during the day so that they could see when people take advantage of others. |

The breakfast is more than generous, it's a fiesta by-itself. I was impressed by the code of conduit of the staff and custommer to systematically bang the door of the rooms, even at night or early in the morning. I'd highly recommand the staff to reconsider the question of isolation and sound-proofing of the doors. |

Room 310. Helpful staff and nice location just nearby metro station. R 310. Metal "thing" still is on the floor in the bathroom. Expensive parking. No minibar or even fridge at room! Very bad air conditioning of the room. |

The hotel was right across the road from metro which was brilliant as city centre was only four stops away on that line. Staff were friendly and all spoke English and on our last day they let us leave our luggage with them free of charge Pool on the roof is more like a bathtub- very small and not alot of space for sun bathing up there but view is excellent. Food in snack bar very bad!!!! |

the hotel is very well located, in one of Barcelona's principal avenues. It is easily accessed if you're driving and it's relatively close to the main attractions of the city (sagrada Familia; the Modernisme Route; las ramblas, etc.) the breakfast buffet is very nice and quite inexpensive. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and deck chairs and beds which are very nice to relax in the hot weather. It's also very good that children up to 11 years old don't pay for an extra bed and that Wi-Fi internet access is free. the rooms are not sound-proof, so we could hear what went on in the other rooms and in the street, despite the fact that we stayed in the 9th floor. Also, the room didn't have any electric outlet where we could plug in our laptop, we had to unplug the TV. |
