The hotel's location meant that one had easy access to all travel and tourist facilities. Hotel staff were very very pleasant from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, the breakfast was excellent and I was happy to note that non-wifi internet access was also available and free. I will certainly choose this hotel again when I next visit Barcelona. In fact I am very happy to have found such a gem. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. No milk of any sort is provided with the coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

The only good thing about this hotel is the location Hotel is not value for money, rooms very bad, beds are too small .Also, I have change room and the same thing was on the 1st floor. There is no isolation between rooms, I could not sleep at all.Very expensive for what you get. |

Location was perfect. We paid for a triple room which didnt have enough space for a family. It was basically a twin room and converted the sofa cum bed into the third bed. So there wasnt any space at all for any movement or to keep luggage. |

Central Location. For a city like Barcelona it is well located. Las Ramblas, the Boqueria , Port Vell and Bario Gothic down a few blocks to the east and Paseig de Gracia with Casa Batlo and Casa Mila both by Gaudi up a few blocks to the west. The hotel is right on Catalunya Plaza were Hard Rock and El Corte Ingles is located along with many other great shopping stores like Zara. The breakfast included, wonderful, fresh and lots of variety for all diets. Excellent. Worth it. Beds were somewhat hard, but that's par for most of Spain that I have experienced. That made the sleep not so restfull to recover from the long hard walking days and tours in Barcelona. |

Location was prime to Catalunya square. Very nice area. The double decker sight seeing buses are located directly across the street from the hotel. We had to leave for the airport at 7:15 a.m. and breakfast wasn't to be served until 7:00am. They had breakfast ready for us at 6:30am.! Great breakfast, great selection of food. The internet reviews were highly instrumental in booking this hotel. We were family and booked four rooms, one triple and three doubles. They did not have a room to accomodate a couple with two children. We made do by making a bed on the floor, one child each in two double rooms. |

An excellent location close to all tourist activities and to the metro. We were on the 3rd floor so the sound from the metro was not a problem. The best breakfast we found in Spain! Not all staff were as friendly as they could have been. |

Location location location, amazing breakfast, free high-speed internet and two computers for guest use, The are the only reasons- and the best reasons-- to stay here. Right on the plaza, right by a major metro stop. You can eat a huge (Americanized) breakfast and pack a little with you for a picnic lunch to save money. |

The location is excellent. Breakfast is sufficient. The house keeping staff were very noisy early in the morning chatting outside our room everyday, despite the fact that we put the silence tag outside our door. The bathroom & the towels have an unpleasant smell to them. |
