Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Damage Deposit:
Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects (including keys) which occurs during the stay.
Arrival:
Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
All check in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36, Carrer Escudellers.
Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property's staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes after the expected time.
Check-in:
At check in, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid in full, in cash. A breakage deposit will also be charged. The property staff will then show you around the apartment and give helpful advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Guests having to check in after 20.00 must pay an additional surcharge, depending on the time of arrival.
Check-out:
All guests must check out by 12.00 at the latest, although between 09.00 and 10.00 is recommended. The property will charge an additional night's stay for any apartments not vacated by 12.00. During the morning a member of the property's staff will visit the apartment to check its condition.
Those wishing to check out before 08.00 must pay an additional surcharge to the property reception.
Conditions:

Good position. Good for families who do not want to eat out every night. Comfortable. Gives you a taste of downtown Barcellona. You pay 40 euros extra for cleaning up but you have to take out the garbage yourself and clean all dishes and pans yourself otherwise you will be charged extra. What are the 40 euros for one wonders ??! |

very good location, liked the atmosphere in the apartment, nice staff, safe. The floors where dirty, the kitchen zink was dirty, some of the cups was not clean. There was a bad smell in the room one or two days, however this was fixed very quickly, think the ac was broken. |

Very small and especially dark inside. The pictures on the website showed a very bright appartment, and a room with some outside view. In reality though there was no view at all and sunlight hardly made it inside. Very, very dark. The small alley had homeless people lying on the street, which does not give you a feeling of safety. |

Very convenient to have a separate living area. Kitchen was well equipped. Toaster, water cooker, etc.. There was an iron. I liked the neighborhood. It's quiet, which in Barcelona is a real plus!!! If you request a baby cot, make sure they set it up for you. It's super tricky. The cot sucks anyway! My kid seemed to be sagging on the flimsy mattress - like there was no hard base and he just sunk down too deep. When you get there ask how the ac works (tricky) and how to use the digital buttons on the stove - it has a lock function which is difficult to figure out how to unlock. They should include instructions. |

The location and security are excellent once you have found the place. A few directions and a detailed map would have helped as even the locals did not know where Trompettes was. Despite being so close to the busy old town centre the unit was very quiet and had air-conditioning. The pillows were awful - 2 very thin ones and one huge hard one - for three people. The linen and towells were excellent. |

The location was great! Taking the 6th floor was a good idea with fun views over the rooftops of the gothic quarter. It was a 1 min walk to the portside, and the streets around are fun to explore The room smelled of the drains...I think it was the sink, and the air freshners didn't cover it! Also since it is an apartment it shouldn't be compared with a hotel...we thought it looked a good price through comparison sites like this...but none of the hidden costs were included (that would be in a hotel). 40Euros cleaning fee, 50Euros for a late check in. |

Freedom to come and go as we pleased - it was good to be given two sets of keys for the appartment.Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Barcelona and easy access to restaurants and the Metro. The appartment was slightly smaller than anticipated. No kettle was provided so we had to boil water in a pan to make coffeee (not a problem.. :-)) |

It' location was both good and bad. It is very central which is excellent although it is in a very very dodgy area. Very clean and excellent staff (very helpful). The area that surrounds it is very very dodgy. (pickpockets and drugs are rampant). The 'no' below is purely because of it's surroundings. |

le concept clé en main - tout dans l'appartement - la proximité des Ramblas et des magasins juste en bas dans la rue - le fait que l'on puisse joindre quelqu'un s'il y a un problème. 2ème étage sans ascenseur, dans des escaliers très étroits! et le fait qu'on ne précise pas qu'il y a 40 € de ménage à payer en plus!!! et propreté de l'appart: correct mais peut mieux faire. |

A localização é ótima, num raio de 4 quarteirões se encontra qquer tipo de transporte, supermercados, serviços e restaurantes. Não havia roteador de internet e o esgoto da pia do banheiro tinha odor forte por falta de vedação. |
