Cleaning fee:
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Damage Deposit:
Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects, including keys, which occur during the stay.
Arrival:
Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
All check-in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36, Carrer Escudellers.
Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property's staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes after their expected time.
Check-in:
At check-in, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid in full, in cash. A breakage deposit will also be charged. The property staff will then show you around the apartment and give helpful advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Guests having to check in after 20.00 must pay an additional surcharge, depending on the time of arrival (as follows):

00.00-07.00 EUR 50
07.00-08.00 EUR 20
Check-out:
All guests must check out by 12.00 at the latest, although between 09.00 and 10.00 is recommended. The property will charge an additional night's stay for any apartments not vacated by 12.00. During the morning, a member of the property's staff will visit the apartment to check its condition.
Those wishing to check out before 08.00 must pay an additional surcharge to the property's reception.

Property was in nice district.Local cafes and small supermarket nearby. Ideal location for exploring the city, lots of sites walkable from apartment and metro only two blocks away. Restaurants and designer shops all walkable distance. Apartment facilities all excellent, clean towels, bedding etc. Ideal city base. Kitchen tap hot water is opposite (blue indicator is actually the hot water). Despite this we were always able to contact help to get the hot water etc. Staff were very helpful!! |

It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which suited my family with 4 children. Very close to the metro and a supermarket for supplies. |

Everything was new and working and the design was great. It is a nice apartment for a couple, or a couple with 1/2 kids. There is no free parking, even in the streets nearby. The apartment is in a living building, with a really bad elevator. Only two people fit inside and it doesn't look safe at all. Could be cleaner. The internet and blinds weren't working. The secondary bedroom, with two bed is extra small. I do not recommend this apartment for 4 adults. |

The facilities were of a very high standard and the location was excellant, the metro was only a few minutes away as was a taxi rank. The tour bus stop is only 10 minute walk away. |

We like this very much, and we had an great stay in this flat. In Barcelona it is so much to see, and we had short way to the metro and busses. Thank you so much. |

The staff was very nice. Very clean and comfortable flat, close to metro station with direct access to City center. I would recommend it for a small family. We enjoyed staying there. small elevator. |

Large sun terrace with bbq, free wifi. Crap location, miles from anywhere. Not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties as it's very hilly, and you have to climb stairs to get in the apartment. The photos on here really don't represent the actual apartment, which is dated and needs a refurb. Not suitable for 4 persons. The map doesn't even show the street it's on! |

Located not too far from centre, 15 mins from Placa Catalunya by Catalan train. Rather big apartment, bright, spatious, nice bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Air conditioning is nice. Well furnished apartment. Narrow doublebed, not confortable for a couple I'd say. I didn't like the fact we could only pay by cash. |

I am not sure that th problems could be improved. Maybe if the price would be much more cheaper... It was very far away from the city, if you have luggage it was even far from the metro (not a metro in fact) station. It was very expensive compared with the features. We did not like to stay in this apartment. we do not recommend. |

the staff (owner of the apartment) were very nice. easy to go to and very close to the underground. website pictures and description was accurate. I enjoyed staying there and the apartment was actually better than I thought. |

the apartment was fresh and modern in design. it was really clean and comfy. the price was very reasonable for the standard of the apartment. the staff were extremly friendly and helpful. the location was just a short metro ride (5 stops away) from La rambla. excellent, would definately recommend |

Very comfortable and nice appartment, fantastic view over the city from the balconies. Great bbq! Friendly and helpful staff. The sofa is a bit old and not very suitable to be used as a spare bed. Appartment is perfect for 2 people, 3 is fine, but 4 people might be a bit too crowded. An umbrella on the balcony would be nice... |

It´s a large apartement -great with to toilets. And quite close to Metro station. You live amongst locals. The location is too far away from the center ( 4 km ), so you have to take the Metro, or walk a long way, to go anywhere. There´s lot´s of noise from the street - we had to sleep with earplugs. |

Good place for a family to stay. Metro was ~7min walk. Clean and newly renovated apartment. Comfortable beds. We took a leisurely 20min walk to the Familia Sagrada from the apartment. One bedroom next to the elevator was noisy. Definately not suitable for a light sleeper. |

Propre, joli, bien aménagé pour loger 6 personnes indépendantes (lits jumeaux et 2 salles de bain). Situé à 20min à pied des Ramblas. Cet appartement nécessiterait des fenetres à double vitrage dans les chambres (et pas seulement dans la cuisine et les 2 salles de bains...). L'appartement est bruyant à cause du traffic automobile de la ville, même de nuit, et sur les deux cotés de l'immeuble. Pas de table pour pouvoir prendre de vrais repas à 6. |

El edificio en el que se encuentra el apartamento es muy antiguo y huele mal. La ubicación no es la mostrada en el mapa y está a más de 20 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia. Te clavan 40 Euros por la limpieza. |

Appartementn 3 chambres, très propre. Accueil de l'agence pour remises des clés impeccable et professionnel. Les responsables de l'agence, Vanessa et Marcos, sont très sympathiques et disposés à vous aider en cas de besoin. Appartement bien situé (métro très proche), à proximité de commerces (boulangerie et petit supermarché). Même la concierge de l'immeuble est sympathique ! rue assez bruyante à cause du trafic le matin |

L'accueil de la personne qui est à notre disposition à notre arrivée. nous sommes arrivés en retard, 14h prévu et un peu perdu dans Barcelone, la personne nous attendait. très pratique, on part en laissant la clef sur la table et on claque la porte. L'apprtement est très moderne et pratique et assez design en plus. A 4 stations du centre ville. Au calme. Le moins : lorsque un peu perdu dans Barcelone, nous avons appelé, on ne nous a pas indiqué le métro précis. Cet appartement est, en effet, dans un toute petite rue dans un quartier plutôt résidentiel. |
