This hotel is a value for money Gem. Top location, terrific staff, nice comfortable rooms. Could not have stayed anywhere better and I love 5 Star Hotels. |

Great location on the Cathdral Square. Loved the spontaneous, friendly Catalans, their singing and dancing, and we were made very welcome. Tours and Metro at the Square, Starbucks too! This hotel was the perfect end to a Medit cruise, large beautiful room and a great staff. |

it was in the heart of the gothic easy accces to do things staff not good, did not inform booking agency anbout concert and made our stay very unconfortable , and will not stay there again , manager was not sympathatic about our unconfortable stay , rooms not tidy , there are better place than this hotel ,stay away |

Convenient location in wonderful part of town. Rooms comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having a refrigerator. Staff behind desk and housekeeping friendly, helpful and competent (except when one of them repeatedly did not want to call our airline to confirm that our departing plane flight was on time; it was almost two hours delayed and we would have preferred to stay at the hotel and have breakfast instead of at the airport). The incredibly loud concerts in the plaza( Saturday, August 15th was the worst, lasting until 1:45 am) prevented the four of us (we had two rooms) from sleeping. I will recommend the hotel to my friends but will tell them not to come in August. |

The location was excellent, it is situated in the heart of the gothic district, and right opposite the cathedral (ask for a cathedral view, the intricate sights of the gothic streets and cathedral were sublime from our balcony). We were a 23 year old couple visiting Barcelona for the first time and we found the location to be faultless, It is a 5 minute walk to both the beach and la ramblas with a metro stop only 2 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was impeccable, it was clean, comfortable, well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful (they even allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel for a whole day after we checked out, free of charge). I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The air conditioning smelt a little, however the outside temperature was 38 degrees so we were more than willing to put up with it. |
