Comfortable room, helpful staff, good location. We had a warm and friendly welcome and a good response to queries and requests for advice. The room was simple but had everything we needed. Breakfast a little expensive - probably due to the exchange rate |

It was a clean hotel, good decent sized rooms, with everything you need! Breakfast was nice also, if you are not too picky on different choices. Its a 3min taxi drive from La Rambla(=4€) or 15 mins by foot. For the price/quality comparison is very good, other hotel for this price are not close to this nice! Do not order with Telepizza, their roomservice, it is absolutely disgusting, we tried like 80 % of the menu, hoping we'd find something good, but it was absolutely terrible! And also, if you dont speak spanish, the th channels, only bbc in english and mtv that on occasions broadcasts a english program, which doesnt happen often.. |

This hotel is 5 mins from the metro station Arc de Triomf and is convenient base for exploring barcelona, the free bottles of war in the bar were a nice touch as well as the safe in the room.. The fitness room was free and good to use in the morning, although basic . Overall i enjoyed the hotel it was clean and pleasant Think they are stretching it to call the swimming pool a pool its more like a large bath!! For some who only want to go out around la Ramblas it may be not be best placed but if you want to see other sites like Sagrda la Famila , Park Guel its great |

Convenient location, close to metro and in walking distance from city center. Style and standard of room. Outdoor pool and sun terrace Traffic noise when balcony door open which made impossible to air the room. Minibar contained only water. |

The hotel is new and modern and we definitely recommend on it. Poor airconditioning. We had to operate the aircondotioner all day long in order to be able to sleep at night. The near-bed telephone set keeps falling on the floor. Had to beg for extra savon every morning as the one supplied was very tiny. However don't get me wrong, It is a good hotel ! |

stayed there 2 days before leaving on a cruise. Very modern, clean and well kept property. The beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful with information, maps, etc. |

We asked for a wake up call for 4:30am and a taxi at 5am. Our flight was at 6:30am. We got woken up at 5am thanks to the taxi driver - the hotel staff forgot to call. The taxi had to wait for 1/2 hr and was on a meter, staff refused to pay for the extra fare, even though it was their fault for not waking us up. We were very upset - could have messed our flight if it wasnt's for the taxi showing... |

The hotel was exactly as stated in your review. The staff were extremely courteous, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day and everything worked! The breakfasts were worth every penny. |

The bathroom and the decor were a nice touch The air condition not working and being told during checkout that it was a heater and not a cooler which didn't help as the room kept getting hot. |

Free wifi, including computers in the lobby. Very helpful staff. Coding for the blind (I was with a blind friend.) Larger teapot at breakfast, so you do not have to keep asking staff for more tea. Or a tea/coffee self-service station. |
